Servicio inmejorable la atención perfecta. El desayuno estupendo y las habitaciones amplias y limpias.

La ubicación es muy buena, el personal era muy simpático y siempre disponible a cualquier duda o pregunta. La habitación grande y con todo lo necesario para un hospedaje cómodo.
El desayuno no era tan variado y se demoraban en reponer los alimentos. En especial el fin de semana que había más gente. Sin embargo la comida era fresca y rica. Es recomendable tomar desayuno temprano para alcanzar a comer de todo lo que hay disponible.

La comodidad excepcional de la cama en la habitación. Fue una experiencia de descanso increíble. La calidad del colchón y las almohadas realmente hizo nuestra estancia más agradable. Aprecio el esfuerzo del hotel en proporcionar un descanso tan cómodo. ¡Gracias!
Quisiera expresar mi insatisfacción respecto al servicio de desayuno durante mi estancia. Lamentablemente, nos encontramos con un inconveniente ya que los horarios proporcionados no eran precisos, lo que resultó en que no pudiéramos disfrutar del desayuno como esperábamos.
La información incorrecta generó un inconveniente en nuestra planificación y afectó negativamente nuestra experiencia. Espero que este problema pueda abordarse para mejorar la precisión de la información proporcionada a los huéspedes en el futuro.
A pesar de este percance, valoro otros aspectos de mi estancia y espero que se tomen medidas para evitar situaciones similares en el futuro.

Smelled clean, was clean and staff was very helpful except when it came to some additional charges I got charged while still there.
I got overcharged by about $300 dollars and the manager could not explain why and said they didn't charge that when on my bank account it showed up it was charged by them on different occasions. Also I was told I consumed extra stuff from the mini bar that I am 100% certain we did not consume as we don't like. So there's definitely something shady going on. I will not be coming back to that hotel.

I went to this property under the expectation that I was gonna be a good property. Once I was in there, I realize that the property was in deplorable state. The staff was amicable at the beginning, but the cleaning service was really really bad, and I even got stolen money from my wallet that I left on my bags inside the room the beds are super stiff. Internet service was good, but I would not recommend this hotel for anyone else. The experience that I had with the cleaning service stealing my money was awful and at the end in the checkout, they wanted to charge us extra for mini bar consumption’s that we did not have, do not stay here

tha bed sheets were dirty! rest of makeup and hairs on it. also they bathroom you could see it’s not clean properly. it’s a shame that such a big hotel doesn’t take care of that especially when you get the place just to rest

Not the best location and a little noisy at times, built in 70s or 80s, I'm guessing, and that's why, but we were never kept awake and that's the main thing!

Decent value
Some of the staff was clueless about the event that I was attending. They attempted to charge me TWICE for the room. After I provided proof of my payment they didn’t want to admit that they tried to overcharge for the room.

Hotel is very clean and comfy. Attention is really good and the breakfast is delicious! I am looking forward to book again
We had the booking set at 3 pm and nevertheless we arrived a bit late. It took some time for them to give us the room key and check in but it was the only thing. Everything else is excellent

great location! nice staff! breakfast included was worthy! the rooms are spacious!! I’d like to comeback to Bogota and book it again.
Just the registration process was a bit old fashioned. It should be faster these days. Like self check in and check out for people with confirmed reservation. that’s all.

This hotel was in a great location which is close to many other good locations in Bogota. The suite was massive and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was very clean.
It would have been good to have a tv in the lounge room. I also struggled with the automatic wake-up call.

The bedroom doesn't have enough personal cleaning supplies for the number of people we requested. The shower floor wasn't in good condition. There isn't enough electrical plug to charge divices. Good was good but they took for a while just to bring a hot chocolate , the service wasn't the best.
Beds were good. Clean was acceptable, front desk was polite.

Sofa bed was broken, and there was an inadequate amount of bedding for our family. Very poor kitchen facilities, unable to really use. We managed okay for one night.
