No support whatsoever from the staff when indicating the stay was not possible due to family emergencies. What a lack of professional service and empathy.

we only had a short stay(1night)as we were in transition to another area, but we could stayed longer because the hotel facilities and hotel staff fulfil all the boxes. breakfast is continental style and was very good good size room and good mattress (mattress suit me, it mite not suit everybody as it is personal preferences)secure parking with cctv gate which i have been told gets closed around 11pm,parking lot benefits of tesla charging point as well. hotel staff spoke and welcomed us in English, the person behind the check in desk even help us ordering some pizza as the hotel restaurant was closed. Merci

unfortunately air condition unit was broken, restaurant closed on the Sunday afternoon

the possibility to load my e-bike and breakfast.

paid for airco but again it did not work. and no restitution. slept under a flat roof in 30+ degree room. really disappointing.
