Spacious, clean room. Friendly owner.

Bathroom still a bit old-fashioned but at least it was renovated and clean.

The airconditioning was super good as we were there when the weather was very hot and humid. Internet connection was also good enough. Bed was comfy & didn't slide away from the head wall, room was clean, staff were friendly. Thank you!

Great small family run motel not too far from the beach in South West Rocks. Facilities in the room were good (microwave, toaster, kettle & crockery and cutlery), good size room and a sofa to sit on to watch TV

Everything was great with the exception of the wifi. It was terrible so if you are planning on working it might not be for you. The connection would drop out constantly, or have no internet and in the end I gave up. To be fair it was a Saturday and I didn't talk to the owners about it AND phone reception was also awful so hotspotting wasn't really an option.

Very comfortable, close to shops. Liked we had milk and water in our room on arrival needed it after a long day of travel.
