I had short stay

luggage handlers were so kind and helpful. staffs in the restaurant were very friendly.

Front desk staffs are with full of attitude including the manager(lady without name tag). Ms.Wiem knew our concern, however no check back after. We felt ignored.

Breakfast was exceptional. The room was very nice but initially it wasn't sea view as promised. The second day I was moved to a sea view room. The staff was super friendly.

It is quite expensive.

The only problem, and it is considered a big problem, is that the hotel needs a very large maintenance and renovation, the sanitation suffers from many problems, the door locks need maintenance, the refrigerator in the rooms needs renovation, the TV as well, and the breakfast is very weak compared to other hotel branches

Generally room is good enough for size location of hotel is very good. we liked to be in Gammarth area

but, hotel has so many unready places like restaurants, breakfast area, hallways and elevator is not working. Breakfast location is not clean enough and so many birds are able to fly inside and touch the food and cutleries and plates are not washed properly! Staff is really not good in service and not gentle enough! and even its touristical hotel, not enough english speaking people. its not worth for the price that we paid!

The pool was closed and two of the three restaurants. The hotel only offered a refund after a VERY long discussion and only for the nights we chose NOT to stay there.

The hotel had a regular taxi driver that they called. He systematically cheated us every time and demanded 3 times as much in payment compared to other taxis. Can't recommend staying in places that cheat

I really enjoy staying there. the president suite was amazing and the stuff are very helpful

We are family of five. Limited facilities for very small kids and no family rooms for such a big family -we had to split into 2 rooms. But still it was a nice stay and the staff is very helpful and professional.

Quiet location, not too far from the town centre. 30mins from Notre dame via metro. 30mins walk to Eiffel tower.

More of a travel lodge than a hotel. It was nice but didn't feel particularly special which is unusual for a four star hotel. Good for a short stay. Staff were friendly but did not see them that much. Double bed was two singles pushed together.

Extremely nice and helpful staff - always smiling and positive, arranging everything needed very quickly, every time. The hotel is very nicely designed, also very green with big and nicely tended gardens, spacious, comfortable, beautiful swimming pools and direct access to a very nice sandy beach. The spa is wonderful and has all one needs in terms of facilities, as well as shiningly friendly staff. Two nice restaurants with very good food (Tunisian and international), as well as a good breakfast. 30-45 minutes walk on the beach to the first city (the really beautiful old Sidi Bou Said with its bars and souks/bazaars/markets) and only 15-20 minutes ride by car to Tunis (and its old town Medina).

Nothing to complain about, we truly liked everything.
