The owners were incredibly friendly and easy to chat to. They made us feel very welcomed and were very accomodating when it came to check out arrangements. We didn't have an ocean view but our little villa had a porch, a balcony, kitchen and was very cozy. The view from the shared rooftop and pool was amazing and it was great to be able to have access to this whenever we wanted alongside pool & beach towels.

The bed could have been more comfortable but it did the job. Everything else was wonderful and I really enjoyed my stay here.

Langas Villas is the very definition of Greek kindness and friendliness. We stayed 2 nights in an absolutely fabulous cave suite where we were wonderfully welcomed by Nikolas, very caring despite the late hour. Him and Anna were literally the most helpful hosts in the world. They went out of their way to satisfy our every need, even giving us their own jar of sunscreen! We never had a more “wahou” effect in all our lives than when we entered the suite and saw the jacuzzi carved into an orange rock. The suite in itself is absolutely gorgeous, well decorated and furnished. And the view, can we talk about the view? The terrace overlooks the magnificent caldera and the whole island, including the sublime houses of Oia. And as happiness never comes alone, its sun exposition is west so you’ll witness a sunset of a lifetime. Last but not least, a scrumptious continental breakfast is included in the price of the room. And this is not just your average breakfast : bread, eggs, fruits, cheese, cake, yogurt, cold cuts… The list keeps on going! You can have it either on your own private balcony or on the rooftop of the hotel. Oh, I forgot : the rooftop has a swimming pool, which is the highest of all Santorini! Yes, the dream truly never stops at Langas Villas. We can’t thank you enough, Nikolas and Anna for your wonderful welcome, which made my birthday surprise trip a memory I will forever cherish.

Anna and Nicolas are extremely caring hosts. They helped making our stay in Santorini memorable. They took care of us with a customized breakfast every morning, helped us so much with last minute reservations for car rental, photographer for a shoot, makeup, hair stylist for my wife. This property is one of the rare ones with privacy, hot tub is not in view of passers by, and with an exceptional view. Easily accessible without too much of a walk. Value for money in Santorini. Above all, wonderful hosts who care. We are grateful for our 4 days stay in Langas Villas.

The owners are very very very nice! They helped us sewing a hole in one of our pants as well as drop off baggage to be able to take the ferry in time. They also helped us figure out the cheapest way to do various activities. The first day we couldn’t find the way to the bus station, and they helped us find it and even helped us get there. They view and breakfast are also excellent!

We had such a great stay in Langas Villa mostly because the owners are so welcoming and really made us feel not like tourists. Nichola was extremely helpful and provided service like transfer to the port at a very decent price (vs the taxi scamm which are very frequent on the island) and gave us great "local" recommendation. The studio is super well equiped, quiet and the balcony has an amazing view on the sunrise. The rooftop with the swimming pool is the cherry on the cake and perfect for the sunset. All in all super great value, we really appreciated the feeling of not being strangers in a luxury hotel in this very touristic island.

We were treated unbelievable by the owner and his family, upon arrival and each day they could not be more helpful going out of their way to make sure we had the best stay The location is great with a host of good restaurants and coffee shops in the immediate area and fira being a short 20 min walk also The room was perfect for a couple and the views from the balcony and Jacuzzi are stunning, I would highly recommend langas to anyone traveling to Santorini.

Amazing view from the terrace while having fantastic breakfast in every morning! The hotel owners are very helpful and friendly! Due to flight delays, he waited us like an hour in the crowed airport but still gave us big smile when finally seeing us! The room has very unique cave design and always very clean. We would highly recommend this hotel.

It would be great if there were more taxis can be arranged around this area, but it's not a problem from the hotel of course.

The location is excellent. What saves the whole stay was having access to the common top floor terrace where one can sit and enjoy Caldera magnificent view. The room n° 205 isn’t adapted to anyone with physical limitations whatsoever. Inform yourself about which room you’re getting, with clear details. Called as an “apartment”, suite 2005 is more like a cove. With tiny windows, the whole place give us the sense of being a bit trapped. With a relatively good bed and pillows, the room has 15-20m2 max area, with double flights of steps leading to each area. The steps, are disproportionately high, over 35cm, a torture to someone recently gone through a knee cross band surgery as me, or anyone with any impairment, physically ill or unfit. We couldn’t expect such… This room is at the top of Imerovigli’s paved path, where from 8am on, all the other hotels and villas bellow have personnel, pulling up or descending heavy loads of all sorts of goods, from egg boxes to huge loads of dirty linens, food or even gas canisters. This is the walking path leading to Thira (Fira) therefore a day long path for tourists indeed, crossing under the nose of 205’s veranda, therefore, obviously, this room has no privacy. Once upon the time all this work was done on the back of donkeys, today, at the expense of highly fit, strong physical young men going up and down on about 20% up to 30% slope under August scorching sun. 205’s small balcony, eating breakfast, we had to witness uncomfortably such ordeal, while staying in one of the most expensive locations in the Cyclades. Honestly, this room (I have no idea about the others) called “apartment” is not worth the price, it’s improper to enduring physical conditions’ or elderly unfit individuals. The family owning the building is omnipresent - offering their knowledge, being the best hosts possible tho.

Very warm welcome and service during the whole stay in this very nice hotel. Nicolos has always been around and did take care about really everything. We did enjoy these days in an exciting area and honestly in this location you feel like in heaven. For us there is no other choice than being again guest of Anne, Jason and Nicolos in this amazing hotel and place. Thanks again!

The room has a perfect view of the caldera straight from the balcony, no need for expensive restaurants or “sunset tours”. Breakfast is plenty full and good. Hosts were always very helpful, we had an issue with our ferry and it was very easy to extend our stay and car rental.

lots of space but too much for one person

no view on the caldera. when selling the room one should clearly put "NO VIEW ON THE SEA" when booking a place in santorini and express even clearlier that there is no hot tub in your property but a shared hot tub for the whole hotel

The property had no nice views and the air conditioning in the main bedroom didn’t work. For a price of more than €150 a night I was expecting more comfortable lodgings (and given that this was a quiet year due to the pandemic they could have given us an available room with a view).

We stayed for one week in the Family Room on the ground floor. The apartment was quite spacious (main room with kitchenette and a queen bed + separate bedroom with a queen bed + bathroom with a shower), it can easily accommodate a family of three or four, so for the two of us we had plenty of space. Also there is a cozy balcony overlooking the caldera (having a delicious breakfast there each morning was pure pleasure). The apartment was very clean and furnished with that old school touch. The spot itself is extremely nice. The building is located in probably the best spot in Imerovigli. The views from the rooftop (where a small plunge pool is located) were breathtaking (probably the most amazing sunset you can see on the planet). All in-room features (A/C, kitchen, coffee machine, TV’s, Wi-Fi) were working perfectly. The bed was very comfortable, also for someone 1,95m/6.4" tall. If traveling by car, you can always find a parking spot nearby. The owners were most friendly and helpful. We couldn’t ask for a better care. Also it was simply a pleasure to chat with them for a while each day. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, reasonable price, the best location, unforgettable views and the most friendly owners to take care of you – this is the right spot! We had an amazing stay! If we ever go back to Santorini, we will definitely stay at Langas Villas! Highly recommended! Two thumbs up!
