The cleanliness of the property and prompt response of the staff.

Little pricey but that comes with the brand. Buffet breakfast can't be delivered to the room on request even if that is added in the package. I couldn't have my breakfast as my meetings were happening at the same time. It would be a good addition if the rules can be modified.

the water boiler is kind of unfunctional, probably you could consider to change a new one in room 2002.

Wonderfull staff and very good kitchen. The neighbourhood is great and the hotel a perfect spot to slow down. The swimming Pool is nice and fresh.

I had a more than comfortable stay. It fits perfectly well for your business and leisure requirements. Ms. Juily, at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and efficient. A must visit for all travelling to whitefield.

The overall stay was a disaster!!! 1) All they are good at is apologizing, but never fixing stuff 2) Gym was terrible, temperate was 29 degrees, they send someone to fix it twice, kept saying wait 30 minutes, but it’s never fixed. VERY VERY poor facility! 3) Rooms are not as per photo - I paid extra fora premium room and got the basic one, and they blamed it on Booking uploading wrong photos 4) Breakfast quality is terrible 5) They took my dress for laundry, brought it back folded in a laundry bag and scrambled, I sent it back for them to fix it again, as I was there for a wedding of a friend, they brought it burnt!!! Literally with an iron mark on it! They are only good at saying sorry and terrible at everything else!!!! THIS IS DEFINITELY not Sharaton standard and not worth the high price per room 👎🏼
