I recently stayed for one night at Dialoghotel Eckstein, and found it to be a good, comfortable and clean hotel. The room was well-maintained and equipped with the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious enough for my needs. The bathroom was clean and had necessary toiletries. The location of the hotel was convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I would recommend 👍🏻

I would recommend maybe adding a kettle and few tea bags/coffee in the rooms :)

Price and location were good.

No Power point near the night table to charge our phones. The one near the door was shut down with the light.

warm and friendly staff and hotel has recently been refurbished to a good level of quality. very central and close to bus routes and train.

I'm giving it a rating of 4 only because they helped us with the suitcases at the end. We had to wait for a few hours in the lobby while it was pouring rain outside, before moving in another property. Also, there was no way for us to schedule an Uber (nobody would accept it), and they helped with that as well by calling a local taxi driver. Without their help at the end, my rating would have been even lower. From the other positives, I like that everything was clean when we arrived, although we never requested a requested a cleaning service later on during our stay.

1. Prior to our arrival, I asked for an early check-in since our flight to Switzerland was early in the morning but they refused us. 2. Prior to our arrival, they didn't tell us that there will be additional pet fees for our small pug! When we got there, they just said: ohh, you have a dog, there will be a fee at the end of your stay but don't worry, it will be "very small". The "very small" fee at the end was 20 CHF per day which was more than 10% of our overall cost for staying with them... The next property we moved in was way better in every possible way (for the same price) and the pet fee was only 6 CHF. Did I mention that I had no idea what the pet fee was even for? We didn't request a single cleaning from the housekeeping during our entire stay there. 3. Very poor value for money. It's just not worth it... the room was very basic and far away from comfortable. The blankets were huge and very warm, and it was technically still summer while we stayed there. The pillows were terrible and we couldn't sleep on them. There were very few electricity outlets and we couldn't charge several devices simultaneously. The room was quite small. These are not necessarily bad things for everyone but for the price they charge, it's certainly not worth it.
