It is a normal room like every other hotel. Normal breakfast not a huge selection available in buffet although coffee was good. Furniture in room was old.

The staff is kind, patient and helpful. We came in the low season so got a very nice room and had the spa to ourselves.

The breakfast was a standard hotel buffet. Nothing exceptional.

No tea or coffee machine services in room. The dinner was fair, but the breakfast was slightly poor

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The outdoor pool and spa facilities are very good. The hotel is in a good location if you have a car. There is plenty of parking. It's about a 20 minute walk from the town

The buffet dinner was very expensive. The options were limited and the hot food options were cold. The breakfast was the same. I didn't like the way the times were allocated for the Spa. We were automatically allocated a time that was not suitable and it took a little time to change it

The Staff were awesome. We had a great massage and loved the spa circuit. The outdoor pool was beautiful! Breakfast was included and very good. We were just a little disappointed in dinner as we had eaten here before and loved the buffet. Location was excellent.

The bed was a little hard for our taste and made sleeping difficult but the room was very nice.

The cleaniness and breakfast were very good.

The spa facilities were very small and the spa staff were very petty about using the facilities. First they booked a slot for us at the spa and we hadn't even arrived. When we did arrive, we almost had to beg for an hour at the spa because, according to the girl, there were many people booked at the time we'd like. We did go to the spa and it was perfectly calm. When we went into the jacuzzi tub, it was turned off because they were going to close the spa and they refused to turn it on - it was 7:30pm. The spa closes at 8pm. So, in my opinion, the spas is somewhat small, it closes very early and mainly, lacks organization.

Staff were very helpful and friendly at all levels.

Air conditioning not cold and very noisy, by putting on a Medium setting less noise by still not cooling. 2 33cl bottles of water charge is €1 euros each and as a 4star no free robes instead charge 40 euros each to rent. No safety security safe available I'm told it costs extra, Towels for the spa again a charge of €20 euros.
