The reception person was very friendly and the room had everything we needed and was very clean

Room was clean and more than our expectation. Having cooking facilities would be nice. Easy access and value for the money we spend.

Better to have a bath mat in the shower area.

Clean unit. Serviced nicely by pleasant staff.

Lack of sink in room but this was due to the type of studio we had booked.

Could space within the room and toilet.

TV crammed in the corner on bench. Lack of cooking facilities. Needs to be brought in 21st Century (I.e. USB plugs for charging).

The kitchenette facilities in the room were very good

The mattress on our bed was very poor quality - every movement either person made, caused the entire mattress to move a lot and for a light sleeper like me, this was awful. My husband had a restless night so I spent half the night sleeping on the floor using the duvet as a mattress. As the main reason people stop in a motel is TO SLEEP, having a decent mattress is a big priority and I would have thought a chain such as Bella Vista would have invested in better quality ones.

Room was way too hot to sleep in. Needed an aircon unit as there is only 2 small windows and with the curtains closed no air flow.

Great check-in. Room clean and spacious.Grear location. Just what was needed.

No tissue box . Shower with shower curtain instead of screen. Not enough pillows
