Die Unterkunft war traumhaft. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und in die Natur integriert. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich.

Drumherum waren keine Geschäfte.

Rooms were old and had a funky smell. There were cockroaches in my villa. Even found a baby cockroach on my bed.

The staff were amazing, the views stunning and restaurants outstanding. Loved our stay at Banyan Tree Bintan.

We loved the location, the rooms, the ambience, the food, and most of all the staff was so do warm and welcoming.

The jacuzzi and pool were dirty. It was a waste that we did not get to use the Jacuzzi in our villa. It was sandy and lots of floating debris from the surrounding trees. Perhaps it would have been great to have small vacuums installed in the jacuzzi to clean them up,

This resort is conveniently located about 10 mins drive from the ferry terminal. The staff are all really fantastic. From the cart drivers, the restaurant staff, chefs to reception staff, which makes for a great experience. Tara, the cart driver was exceptional, with always a cheery outlook and smile upon greeting us. On the first day he gave my daughter a turtle and it made her whole stay, she loved that turtle. And then she lost it on the last day upon checking out and she was upset about it. So he gave both my kids a new turtle each and then drove us to the ferry terminal. The service is above and beyond. The resort has two pools with beautiful views. All three restaurants were great, we really enjoyed the food and variety.

The rooms themselves were fine, needs a lot of update and maintenance, but it was a comfortable stay, the bed and pillows were nice.

Surrounded by nature, private pool in the villa, restaurant choices, staff couldn't do enough for you.

the room is fantastic with the private pool. super quiet during night. hotel staff are all quite nice and helpful! we love Saffron and Cove as we had dinners and Treetop for breakfast. all with best view. Also love the shampoo so we bought the whole set in the hotel shop. will visit again and try Spa next time
