The check-in experience went well - esp given it was after hours. The complimentary food & water in the room was a good change from normal mini-bar processes. The easy access to outdoor areas is also good.

The room itself was very poor. The hotel was largely empty, so this wasn't the last available compromise - I have to assume this is 'normal'. The air conditioner was unusably loud, so the room was around 25 degrees overnight. The bathroom had mould in the shower and the showerhead and drain did not look like they had ever been cleaned.

Everything is nice

Room was a good size. Bed ok. Was nice to have the outside space and enjoyed thr pool. Greatful it had loungers. Pub nextdoor does good ceoliac safe food

We meant to book newcastle and ended up here. Kinda funny and no ones fault but ours 😅 we enjoyed the stay and adventure no less

Conveniently located near major amenities such as fuel station, Oporto, KFC, Maccas, Coles, Woolies, Aldi etc. Park your car right in front of the room. Doesn’t scream luxurious but really Good value for money.

The quality of the bed (sheet, pillows), couch could be better.
