Nice position on seafront overlooking the sea. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Very reasonably priced.
Creaky beds and floorboards, black mould round shower tray. Room only seemed to have been partially updated.

Breakfast and evening meals good selection and service. Room spacious, great shower and sea view. Location excellent. Happy and polite staff, a very well organised hotel. Car parking available directly opposite hotel.

Cleanliness of rooms
Food, attitude of staff towards my dietary requirements, length of time waiting for breakfast.
Room by an enormous extractor fan which meant we couldn’t open windows as we would have food smells in our room
Misled after telephone conversation with hotel after booking as to the possibility of beds being made into a double & breakfast being added to our booking, neither were noted on our booking on arrival
Public areas noisy with loud music through loud speakers
Shower cubicle & shower head very poor quality for a hotel

Friendly staff, great choice of drinks at bar , alcoholic and non alcoholic. Great food . Sea view . Warm rooms. Short walk into town .

We have booked breakfast and been waiting for a long time to place order and later wait for the cooking.
Check out time was at 11:00am and the receptionist nocked the door at 11:05 with information we need to leave apartments. Cleaner brought a new towels and bed linen and left on the floor (carpet).
I have never had service like that.

Lovely location, comfy bed and nice room with everything we needed.

Magnificent service in the evening, great service in the morning. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and all facilities working well to standard.
Service at breakfast did not ask what type of eggs I wanted for full english, but this was not a problem.

Very nice staff and great location
It’s very shabby and desperately in need of renovation. They are currently renovating the facade so hopefully they will keep going! The bed was somehow broken so you basically rolled out of it on one side! All paintwork is damaged, the lid was broken off the bathroom bin, there is no door on the wardrobe, the floor is uneven. There was an awful smell in the entrance hallway and bathroom. Just generally a very run down hotel.

How close to the beach it was
The staff were not bothered. We went to check in and 3 members of staff were watching something on a phone and were not bothered I was waiting

The staff and food was excellent
The bed and pillows were awful. The bed seemed like a three quarter and we kept rolling out. The pillows seemed old and past it hence not a lot of sleep had.

The shower did not drain away and the shower tray filled up very quickley.

The manager was rude, abrasive and took pleasure in making us feel embarrassed for passing on feed back in front of other guest. That man should not be in management.

Nice staff and bar
Room was very hot the fan didn’t done its job, bed wasn’t really double that was single double and if sleep on the edge make me fall out. Sleeping in that heat small bed for 2 people was awful, also bed was very uncomfortable and pillows very hard

Breakfast reasonable. Not much left to help yourself to on first day at 8:15 am.

Location is brilliant right on the beach. Food is very high quality , and reasonabley priced. Staff are pleasant and helpful.
Mattress wasn't as good as previous visits. Pillows were not comfortable. Shower water wasn't very warm. But these are small complaints . In general our stay was great
