Comfortable room, quiet location, very helpful staff who were willing to persist with my very basic Spanish.

Value for money, this is without doubt the most expensive hotel I have ever stayed in for work, the room is ridiculously expensive, the food and drinks were also very expensive. For the amount charged this should have been a 6 star hotel and it is 4 star at best. Paid for a club room and the club lounge is closed - not sure what the benefit was for the extra money. Extremely disappointed in the value for money.

the view and the pool area are really nice. also the gym is accesible 24:7 which is super nice.

not worth the money. For „fast“ internet, they charge extra, for parking they charge extra, the staff was rather unpolite. we were disappointed in total and hoped more from a 5* hotel.

the interior of the room was inferior for a Sheraton , the shower didn’t work properly , foul smell of mould and the beds were old and nothing I expect in Sheraton and the lady at the reception when I arrived was totally unfriendly
