They have given some extra drinking water. Otherwise, we found nothing was good.

1. The worst thing was that the Tiolet door could not be closed fully. It is always 4 inches open. I asked the staff, and they told me it is normal in all rooms—a dirty idea. I am attaching two photos. 2. The housekeeping can not provide the least things. They can never provide small towels. 3. Among all staff, except one or two, others can not speak in English. Overall, they are doing business hiring the "Radisson" brand. They do not have even 1-star hotel quality.

The food which I order as usual this time had only bones instead of flesh My car was driven on a flat tyre by the valet because of which the car tyre cracked.

Holiday Inn seems to be better on all fronts than Radisson which was a bit surprising....

Nothing that we disliked...... but when we compared to Holiday Inn we found it short on all fronts from the moment we checked in until we checked out

Food very limited in variety. Buffet area really small. Asked to book car for trip to Agra was quoted 3 x price then was standard rate. Felt the hotel was not offering the best service to there guests.

The location is reasonable and easily accessible

Poor quality, poor staff, and cleanliness is pathetic. Some customers were very ill-mannered around the reception desk area. The suite was charged exceptionally heavily, and it didn't justify to the value of money.
