Amazing location, right in the main town square! Bed was very comfortable, delicious breakfast.

Room got a bit hot and stuffy because only one window opened and only a small crack.

Location is nice, in the middle of the village. View from the balcony was nice; lake & mountains. Peaceful place.

Room was very small as a double room, (mentioned seating-area was table in the corner of the room, behind small sofa = useless. Furnitures has seen their best days, bed was quite comfy though. Contactless check-in was strange= just envelope on the table of the lobby, none saying "welcome" for example. Kind of all we can say of the staff, was breakfast-waiter who was nice and very busy. It was impossible to get food after 9pm from the whole village, which was anyway full of tourists, surprised us totally. All in all overpriced, even if it's a world heritage location.

The rooms , the view, the staff all were great.. The shuttle service was a great plus

Breakfast was lacking. Cereal container was emptied one day and still empty the next day. Eggs seemed to be at a premium.

Nice room in a beautiful surrounding. Had a room on top floor with a nice view towards the lake. The breakfast was small but very nice. Some specialties made by the owner herself.

It was not a pleasant stay at all ! First they send me a massage that your stay is guarantee until 6 pm only ! Keep in mind that I already paid for the rooms when I book it . Then I send them the time of arrival and their response still the same . I had to change my plan and cancel some just to arrive ahead of time .. but I was so unlucky that their is an accident in the road and I had to contact them again and finally they send to not to worry but the stress we had that day was something!! And when we check out we ask them to call a taxi but they insist to use shuttle car which refuse to pick us since it is limit to the people having a car parking in parking lot out side the village and when we told them to call a taxi again they did not find and we had to pull our luggage for around 20 min . Also the floor in the rooms is not clean and we cannot walk barefoot. and hotel was full of noisy teens that play tuba or saxophone until around 11 pm and no one talk with them . Also since it has no AC you will have to open the windows and the area in front of the property is so noisy at night. Finally the toilet in our room was so high that your feet did not reach the floor when seated ( I’m 165 cm in height ) and it was uncomfortable at all ..

The location was fabulous. The view across the marketplace from the balcony was wonderful. It is within easy walking distance of the bus and even closer to the ferry, if you come by train. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was expansive and fresh. The fan in the room was also wonderful as we were there on 2 very warm days.

We would have loved a small fridge in our room to keep drinks cold.

Location is great - straight on the main square in Hallstatt (I found Hallstatt in general a bit overrated) Breakfast was ok and breakfast service very good Small terrace outside room is nice (with view to lake and square)(from 3rd floor - might not happen on lower floors) Good wifi

No air-condition, and our room was super warm (even if it was only mid May - I don't even want to think of how warm it will be in the summer!). There was a fan, but that isn't sufficient. Massive amount of dirt under the bed - hasn't been cleaned properly in a long time. No baby cot available Expensive (but same could be said about most places in Hallstatt)

Location is the best as it sits in the main square with walking distances to everywhere in the town. Staff is super nice and friendly. Restaurant serves good food and decoration is nice.

Just a five minute walk from the ferry, right in the heart of Hallstatt. We had a balcony that overlooked the lake. Fabulous room with a very comfortable bed, and the bathroom was very modern. It's worth staying overnight in Hallstatt, but is relatively expensive. We found this hotel a great value for the money. Breakfast was excellent!!!

Wanted to stay in Hallstatt one night to miss the day trippers. This hotel is located at the central market square with 2-3 minute walks to restaurants and shops. Typical chalet accommodation.

The rooms are small but we knew that from the description.
