Room was ok, bathroom little smaller.

Smoke in the corridor, breakfast not very good.

Really good hotel to stay for a few days. Location is great, a lot of places accessible by walking or metro/subway. Starbucks that is mentioned in the description is in the railway station, so rather use the one that's in the nearest walk, maximum 10 min walk. Room was clean, comfortable. Staff is friendly.

Our WeChat contact from the hotel helped us tremendously. The room was large with a good view, comfortable bedding, and pillows. You can't beat the location, 5' walk from the train station, less than 10' to Zhongshan square and Russian street nearby.

We were on a non-smoking floor but there was an ashtray in the room and the corridor smelled of cigarettes. We asked to not change the towels every day to be environmentally careful but they took our towels each time and replaced them with new towels in bags. They did not clean our coffee cups though!

The staff was nice. Location is very good.

The location and facility was good

Despite prepaid the booking online and confirmed upon checkin. The lady at checkout insisted that we didn’t pay and took money out of our room deposit! Had to argue with her and show the proof on our app to prove that it has been paid. She did not believe us immediately and had to call her managers etc to confirm which wasted our time since we were on our way to the airport. Otherwise the stay was good.
