The location and the facilities were excellent. The communication / messaging service with the host was very good both before and during the holiday. The pool and garden areas were spotless.

Villa was a bit jaded looking, and there were some issues inside. I notified the host that we were short of bath towels on the first morning. I also notified them that the toaster wasn't working and needed to be replaced but it never was. Some of the sockets in the kitchen came away from the wall, when we unplugged some of the appliances, and I notified them of this also due to it being very dangerous. I also notified them that the door to the front bedroom wouldn't open unless you went around and opened it through the front of the villa. Thankfully, we didnt need to use this bedroom. There was no handle or lock at all on the main bedroom upstairs. The only one of these to be addressed was the bath towels and they arrived the next morning. None of the other issues was addressed. The pool started gurgling on our 2nd last night which meant we were awake from about 5.30 am but, to be fair, someone came around and fixed that the very next day.

What little help and support we needed during our stay was quick, professional and friendly. The villa was very clean and had all the things we needed for a really lovely stay.

The property was tired and dated, and was not very clean when we arrived the pool was dirty, the lounge had a very small tv and the sofa was very uncomfortable the rest of the furniture had seen better days, the kitchen had damage to the fridge housing caused by water damage the iron was also broken and nearly all the plates were chipped, the bedrooms were not a bad size but the beds again were uncomfortable, the bathroom stank of urine and we couldn’t get rid of the smell, we stayed at this Villa for 28 days and only had the pool cleaned 3 times as well as the bed linen, this could be a nice little Villa to stay at if the owner spent some money to maintain the property and had it cleaned more often, so unfortunately I couldn’t recommend this Villa to anyone
