Location was a short walk from Perenen Beach
So run down. Like a ghost town. Photos online are very deceptive and have been photoshopped! There is no beach view! Big metal bridge in place of where the beach view should be. This may have been a nice hotel 20+ years ago (perhaps when the photos were taken?). Pool was dirty. We stayed in a villa and it was old and musky and dark. We checked out first thing the next day. Staff were nice but really have no clue what's going on. Seems the owner has not provided them with any training or understanding of what to do at the hotel.

Beautiful place. The manager was extremely helpful as we had to change our dates when travel plans were altered by bad weather. He was very accommodating, I can’t recommend enough.

Accommodating staff, value for money.
I would suggest to install sound system in the lounge area/pool side so if guest will be resting it will be more cozy. Cleaner swimming pool, and pls change the bedroom pillows, the cushion is yellowish and dirty. It was indicated that spa is available and when I want to book appointment, the staff told me there is no spa facility and if i wish to have a spa, they will arrange it from outside spa facility.

Wonderful villas, well maintained, clean, very quiet, but not too far from the action of you don’t mind a bit of walking. Great location if surfing and eating are your main priorities (it was for us!) close to the beach - my husband enjoyed surfing at the beach to the right, as there were fun waves and not so crowded (he’s an experienced surfer). The staff were all genuinely friendly and helpful. The property gardens are well kept, as was our villa. It was also lovely to look out towards the sea for breakfast, and although the view is somewhat obstructed, it is still very peaceful and worth the stay. The pool area felt peaceful and private too.

My father is in a wheelchair and this property was ideal for wheelchair access, in fact we were advised that it was designed with that in mind. The out door bali shower and shared pool was amazing.
The property was a bit far from the main area of Canguu, which meant a 20 minute car trip every time we left to meet other people. The restaurant was not open in the evening.

If you're in a villa it would be awesome, but in the single room buildings is a bit less luxurious. If you don't mind sleeping in a single bed, not a bad spot.

The rooms do not overlook the sea at all, contrary to what was advertised. Just the common hallway. The staff lacks sympathy and the rooms are really very dirty. I strongly advise against! For 3 times cheaper we find better on Bali.
