Muito barulho do andar de cima, aglomeração de hóspedes no hall. Falta de funcionários e manobristas em certos horários da noite. Excesso de demanda gerando muita espera

The bathroom wasn’t smell so good. There was a problem with the bathtub drain or with the bathroom sink drain.

Despite Covid times they served a buffet breakfast which I would not have as the considerably increased risk of being infected in such circumstances. I therefore ordered breakfast in my room and was charged a considerable amount. One would thin this would be a free or reduced price service given the pandemic, as with most other hotels I stayed in over the past 6 months.
