Es un hotel familiar renovado. Habitaciones grandes, limpias y cómodas. Buen aacc. El desayuno es excelente y la piscina un lujo.
Gravedona es un pueblo pequeñito y tranquilo con la esencia del lago di Como.
Horario de la piscina un poco ajustado, hasta las 18:30, lo alargan un pelín más pero es demasiado pronto.

Hotel Lauro in Gravedona ed Uniti is a great place to visit the Como lake from.
The hotel has free, private parking and a swimming pool. The staff is extremely kind and helpful and they serve a good breakfast. The rooms come with airconditioning and a little fridge. And our room had a balcony with amazing views of the lake.
The hotel is about a 2 minute walk from the lake and a bunch of small, affordable restaurants, ice cream shops and a supermarket. The city of Gravedona is small, but has a lot of charm. Also there is a little beach where you can take a swim in the beautiful lake from (10min walk from the hotel). Gravedona has a ferryboat connection to many other cities surrounding the Como.
All in all, my partner and I (they are very gay friendly btw) had a great stay and are looking forward to coming back to Hotel Lauro and the beauty of Lago di Como!

Everything! The host ladies are super nice, the location is quiet and not filled with tourist, the breakfast was amazing, the garden is beautiful and perfect to lay down a little or eat your meal, so it was the perfect place to relax.
The tv is not smart or anything, so you can't watch your shows here, but I had my laptop so that wasn't a problem, and we were here to relax anyway :)

The owner is super nice, the breakfast is diverse and tasty- don’t miss the fresh own squeezed carrot and celery juice!

The location 5 min by foot to the lake. The staff was very nice. Breakfast and pool are great. The lift.
Although our room was very nice and had a big bathroom for my disabled partner it was very very dark and had no window with view. Only a brick wall at 1 m from the window. The nice staff proposed another room, but much smaller. So that was really a disappointment.

The location within Gravedonna was perfect to explore the town and just a few steps from the ferry to explore more of Lake Como. Breakfast was good and the pool was clean with plenty of space around it to relax, Our room had a balcony with a great view of the pool and the mountains beyond.
The AC didn't seem up to the task of keeping the room cool. The restaurant was closed apart from breakfast which was a shame but there are plenty of other places in Gravedonna to eat.

We ate breakfast outside under a canopy from a good variety of foods. The room had a good size bathroom. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
The Hotel is literally a few minutes walk from the lake.
We thought in advance of our stay that there was a restaurant and pizzeria on site. These have been closed since Covid commenced. It would have been good to have known this. However there are plenty of alternatives along the lake front.

The breakfast is good and the terrace is lovely
I live in Italy so I don't complain about the AC much but our unit didn't work that well. We ended up moving our beds a little so we could feel it and then were able to sleep.

Location was fantastic, very short walk to stunning view of lake como, restaurants and a few shops.Manager of hotel was very welcoming and friendly . Great selection of breakfast foods and coffee. Hotel and room were mmaculate . We had a balcony with great views of pool.Air conditioning was great ,small fridge, tea/coffee and bottled water provided

We loved this little family run hotel; the hosts were friendly and competent, room was cleaned daily, breakfast had a nice variety…and it’s 1 min by foot from the lake promenade, yet still calm and quiet.
