Ylsityiskohdat, tunnelma, palvelu. Ihana ravintolakokemus Tulimenussa ja romanttinen iltakylpylä oli kokemus
Aamupala pettymys, esimerkiksi puuro oli loppunut jo 9 aikaan aamulla ja sitä ei tullut lisää. Leipä ei myöskään ollut kovin tuoretta

Huone oli viihtyisä, tv:sta sai suoratoistettua puhelimen kautta elokuvan, hotellin tunnelma oli hieno ja erikoinen. Kylpylä oli myös hieno.
Huoneen sängyt olivat epämukavat. Ilmastointia emme saaneet toimimaan. Hotellin henkilökunta olisi voinut opastaa enemmän esim. mistä kylpytakit löytyvät ja missä rakennuksessa on mitäkin.
Kylpylä oli lopulta melko pieni ja nopeasti koettu. Ulkoaltaat olivat poissa käytöstä ja tämä selvisi vasta kylpylässä. Aikuiseen makuun häiritsi, että lapset melskasivat kylpylässä, todellisuus ei yhtään vastannut esim. somesisällön ja esitteiden valokuvien seesteistä ja romanttista tunnelmaa. Harhaanjohtavaa markkinointia siis tämän osalta.

Luvataan maisema sviitii ja maisema on parkkipaikka ni voi jumalauta. Ajat 300km ihailemaan autojen perseitä

The location was amazing and so many great activities available. Breakfast was so good and overall the restaurant and their staff was perfect.
The maisemasviitti was not designed for summer. The curtains do not block the sun properly so you wake up around 5 am. Also the Aircon started blowing hot air during the night even though it was set to cooling so woke up to the hot air ! For the price you pay, would except to have a bit better design on the huts but maybe they're just designed for cold winter days

the coffee in the breakfast was awful for people coming from south of Europe, I suppose. for the price in the hotel I would expect a better coffee machine.

Amazing place, beautiful and quiet, helps to relax. Clean, staff are very friendly. Definitely would go back.
Spa itself wasn't what we expected, could be few more different saunas, aspecially for a winter time. Not much for children either.

Absolutely gorgeus stay. The personal was super nice in the reception and spa also. The room was cozy and breakfast very impressive.

The atmosphere and the design of the resort is unique. The front desk staff is friendly. The chalet or the scenery suite we stayed at was cosy with huge roof windows and a comfy bed. Fireplace was an added plus to create a lovely atmosphere.
I can highly recommend the restaurant, the dinner was delicious.

The breakfast was very poor and the Coffee was awful.
I was expecting something much more glamurous because of the expensive price for the room. Also the spa wasnt anything special. For example Flamingo Spa wellness is much more cheaper and much more to do.

Very unique and different place. we loved the location, the overall setup and the scenery around.
Would have liked a bit more privacy between the rooms. walking right past your neighbours sitting outside not ideal.

-The spa is great! The staff there was super attentive and kind;
-Beautiful surroundings;
-The cottage was spacious!
-Pool in the spa is not that large;
-I felt like there wasn’t enough instructions in the cottage (some switches had no function, where can you control the floor heating, etc.);
-The cottage looked like it needed a deep cleaning and some maintenance (water kept leaking from faucet pipe and under bathtub, stains on the couch and rug, sauna heater wouldn’t heat properly).

not a single chair in the double room. adult could not sit on the benches on the side of the room because of low ceiling. the room had a terrace, but not a single chair their either.

The property where we stayed was nice with comfy beds and nice views.
The staff were very ignorant and not helpful at all in the entry when coming and going. At the breakfast there were people cleaning all the time and not letting us to enjoy our breakfast. children were not so welcomed either in the restaurant.
