Lying in bed watching the activity of birds and animals on and in the water was wonderful.

The room was small but as expected. The heater was extremely noisy.

It was good value for money. Compact rooms with the bare minimum of everything.

No view of the lake, just the sight and sound of road traffic. Need to book a lake view room for a better stay. No management on site overnight, I think?

No toaster, not sure where breakfast making facilities were. New owners doing a great job - will certainly have improvements in mind.

Great view over the lake

Aircon kept us awake all night as it was noisy and turned itself on and off all night. Decor very tired. Had to wash up dishes in a bucket. Hopefully new owners do a refurb (they were taking over a few days after our stay)

Clean. Freshly painted white walls made very small room seem larger. Very clean, fresh and crisp bed linen. Despite small shower with curtain… the water pressure was excellent.

The small room is ok for overnight stay. We only took one overnight bag into the room. There is no wardrobe… but there are hooks in room and bathroom that I didn’t notice at first

The view from our room was lovely, even on a wet windy day. The bed was super comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. Shower was good pressure and lots of hot water. Linen was crisp and clean. Towels were super thick. For all the negative things I'd probably stay here again for the view.

Room is tiny but could be better utilised. No desk so I coudn't use my laptop. A small desk in the corner behind the door would be useful. Also no where to eat if deciding to eat in room (maybe this discourages people from doing so). Only one chair so one of us had to sit on the bed which I don't find comfortable especially after a day of driving. Our bin hadn't been emptied although I'm sure management would have rectified this but we didn't find out until late in the evening and didn't want to disturb them. A small microwave would be handy and would fit on bench.

older style motel, our room was very small, noisy air con, but the room heated quickly. Parking directly outside room walkway. annoying that one had to go through the eating area to get to the chairs outside our room to look at the water; but the view was worth it.

pillows weren't great, but we had our own with us
