For the purpose of my trip, it was perfect. The staff were very nice and helpful. It’s located in the city which you may or may not like. It’s about 2-3 minutes away from the US Consulate (driving) which is nice. A lot of small cafe style restaurants right behind the hotel. (tip: make reservations)The deluxe room’s layout was nice and felt modern and spacious with just a few minor flaws.

There just a few minor things that can be improved. -The room’s door is accessible from a hallway anyone can get to from the street. The first night I was pretty uncomfortable, but you get over it. Maybe if the metal gate had a lock on it I would have felt much safer. -The type of water heater used is placed too far from the shower. By the time the water comes out it’s already cold. just needs a more powerful version -There are vent holes in the bathroom wall that lets mosquitos in the room. This could be an easy fix by putting some type of wire mesh on the outside. Other than these minor flaws, I had a great stay. I would definitely stay again!

La ubicación, se encuentra cerca de lugares turísticos y muy acogedor.

Parece publicidad engañosa, si crees que te quedas en esta hermosa casa no fue así y era una de las cosas que más ilusión me hacia. Al llegar te comentan tu habitación está en *otra área* que es dos calles más lejos y entrando por una calle pequeña que da la sensación de inseguridad ( parece que comparten habitaciones y/o áreas comunes con otros desarrollos de hotel) Luego de esto que ya de por sí me parece fatal, cuando incluyes el desayuno debes ir a OTRA ÁREA, es decir el hotel no posee comedor, tienes que cambiar dos calles más para lograr llegar a tu desayuno. Lo que sí es súper rescatable es que el lugar llamado Vang Goh es una delicia desde la atención hasta el lugar! Sin embargo el hotel dice A LA CARTA, cuando llegas a VG te presentan opciones limitadas por ser huésped del hotel ( esto entonces no es carta abierta) Ahora vamos al uso de la piscina; 30$ de depósito por tus toallas, no se me parece que en ningún hotel que haya ido me hayan dejado sin toalla por esta práctica del depósito . Así que lo reúnen es: - el lugar está lindo pero no es lo que promocionan - habitación en un lugar, si quieres desayunar 100 mts más, el lobby en otro lugar y tu habitación en otra, no es mi mejor experiencia, si son varias empresas o varios socios mantengan que son un complejo no intenten vender la Experiencia de esta foto portada y luego hacer como si todo está en un solo lugar.

Lovely hotel, though some elements could do with a bit of an upgrade. Our air con stopped working for a while one of the days, and the room could have been kept cleaner. Otherwise lovely and well located
