Great location right on the beach close to all major restaurants, bars and clubs. Nice comfy and quiet rooms, good ac, big bathroom and comfy bed. Would definitely stay again in Langkawi

We spent there 7nights and can not recommend this hotel. The pool water was Disgusting. They tried to wash it and last day our son can swim there. Other 6days pool water was so dirty that we can't use it. They promise little discount at The Price but Haven't got money yet. A room bed was so hard that I have very painful sleep it. Room was dirty also even they tried to clean it every Day. Breakfast not so good either. At least, If you want some better value of your money don't choose this hotel. The lobby smelled cigarettes.

- Big rooms with a lot of amenities - Coffee, tea and water is provided by hotel - Sea view rooms - Swimmingpool almost empty - Great location in the centre - Polite staff on the front desk, very helpful - Taxi company is only few meters from the hotel (25ringit to the airport)

- Busy location, fire show is right in front of the pool - Loud music at least till 01:00 AM - Small towels not provided by hotel - Hairdryer only possible to borrow from the front desk - There was ongoing reconstruction of the roof in the hotel, staff was welding while we were swimming in the pool (very dangerous for kids)

The location is right next to the Pantai Cenang beach.

Other than the location nothing seems to be good from this hotel. 1. The buffet breakfast we took did not have a lot of items. The taste was good for the items it had. 2. There's no parking, you'd have to purchase Langkawi parking on a daily basis and sometime on a busy night you might have to park far from the hotel. 3. The lighting in the washroom is terrible for anyone to get ready. 4. There's no separation between the shower and the toilet, when you take a shower the water spills over to the floor. 5. Overpriced for what it offers.

Location directly in front Pantai Cenang. Open the door we can see the beach front scenery. Also easy to find food as the area near Cenang mall and have restaurant here and there. The room have bath tub and water pressure really high. Thank you and kudos to your restaurant staff, female, that work on 30/1/2023 night. Trying her best to get us table for Candle Light dinner for our parents even last minute request.

The room location at GF, our balcony facing restaurant counter. We stay for 5 days, should arrange or locate us at other floor or other side as we keep go in and out while other guest having their food. Also loud sound from staff preparing the food make us not comfortable when we want to rest after long day of full activities. Only 2 pillow given, when request another pillow only give 1 pillow and inform to us need to pay for another pillow. Should consider as the pillow already deflated and old, that is why we request another pillow. Only have 5 channel but for us its okay as we already busy occupied our day with activities.
