Personalet var imødekommende og hotellets beliggenhed midt i byen var perfekt. Dejlig stor morgenbuffet.

Vi manglede bedre engelsk sprogkundskaber hos personalet. Det vil være mere optimalt med mindre duft i regøringsmidlerne - de var meget kraftige. Hvis muligt så bedre temperaturregulering på værelserne - der var meget varmt til trods for laveste temperatur var sat.

Do not park in front of the hotel it is paid parking and I dit not know this. Cost me 100 euro ticket but after paying in Monachil 50 euro. Sauna will cost 25 euro extra, not included.

El servicio encantador, la ubicación y la limpieza

The location is excellent. Bed is comfortable

The room was advertised as bedroom with sauna. I booked for 2 nights . I told reception and the reply I got was it's a problem with booking com . Very misleading! No kettle in the room and the hotel is attached to a booming nightclub. On check in I was told my room number. No mention of what time or where was breakfast. No mention of how to get to the room until I asked. Not 4 star hotel standards .

La tv no tenía muchas opciones de canales y no puedes regular la temperatura en tu habitación.

O Hotel é fantástico! Quartos excelentes, limpeza top em todo o lado, pequeno almoço muito bom. Os funcionários sempre atenciosos e simpáticos. Piscina quentinha e acolhedora. Sala de jogos para as crianças se distraírem.

O hotel tem sempre o aquecimento ligado, nem nos lembramos disso, por estar frio na rua. Aconselho a levarem roupa leve para os quartos e interiores do hotel.

The breakfast was very nice. There were many different options of breads, pastries, bacon, eggs, freshly made orange juice, etc.

It was a bit pricey, 384€ two nights

the hotel was very dated and rooms very small. the facilities were not good at all. the food was ok but hardly any options for vegetarians.

the staff were useless, no space for my car 1st day had to pay & display on street parking every 3 hours, twin room not a double as I ordered and staff would not move us to a different room or change bed to double. €22 per day parking additional charge, additional charges for all wellness area and I paid €1600 for 5 nights. I had to cut my stay short by one day due to a family illness at home. no refund given or any goodwill. and still charged for car park and 2 drinks bar tab.
