The hotel was in a fantastic location, staff were so kind and the room lovely. I will stay again.

Excellent assistance from those at reception with all sorts of things. Extra friendliness by all staff at all times! Special consideration by cleaning staff.

This little gem was a great find. We had the family room which was right near the pool. The gardens and building are stunning and felt like a true Balinese temple.

Don’t be out of by the reception or the front of the building. Once you’re in it’s a lovely place to stay.

Location - central Sanur and close to beach. Great value for money.

The view from my delux twin room was a construction site, I wasn’t informed that work was taking place during my stay. Luckily work wasn’t done on my first two mornings, started on the 3rd morning and I was leaving. I feel for anyone else coming in though. The room had no visible mould and I didn’t smell mould so that was good. The room needs a good paint and a bathroom upgrade. I got the room on special at $50 a night, it isn’t worth the full price of over $100. It is standard quality, not delux. Needs another bedside light.

the location

the floor was a little bit wet n sticky, hard to find the staff sometimes in the front office, the bed is so noisy, no lamp in our balcony, no soap, no tooth brush n tooth paste, no warm water, the smaller pillows were not fresh.

No hot water, they are under renovation, a consent was broken and there were wires from the picture that was supposed to be hung on the wall.

Amazing property right within walking distance. The rooms are a little older but for the price and location you cannot complain. LOVED the restaurant thats attached and really enjoyed swimming the pool every day. Also the property itself is so full of beautiful statues and temples.

The rooms are older and bathrooms can be a little ick but again for the price and location I really have no complaints!

the only positive comment I can say is great location

was completely different the reality of the property and in the online platform. I saw in the platform was showing the authenticity of Balinese style buildings, when we arrived was welcomed by one of the front desk staff, check in procedures was a bit rocky due to the availability of room. the gesture of the front desk staff is way too relax and has no sense of hospitality. he knew that we with the kid he directly said your room it will be at 3rd floor. try to make it up and negotiate could move us to lower floor and there’s a possibility to move us to other room but seem he forced us for paying upgrade the room category which is not make any different if he could move us with his sense of hospitality. anyway we was so tired and want to rest we just go to our room. he escorted us, and was surprised the building its looks like abandon place.. moldy walls, ceiling falling apart and lack of maintenance. he open the door switch on the lights and say “this is your room and you can turn on the ac by your self” what a words from hotelier.. so I just being quite and make it short let him out from the room. my wife asking for tea or coffee facilities to him and he reply in the rude way!! “the restaurant is closed, what else do you want? “ it shouldn’t be like that. is not about the price and locations, i thought with that kind of property who brought the Balinese style, I expect the same of Balinese hospitality. unfortunately not. it is really disappointed me.

Some of the staff is quite lovely. The architecture is gorgeous. Quiet, spacious rooms in a very convenient location.

The staff informed me that there was no possibility to check out at 1pm after the reservation says checkout 12-1, even when the accommodation was nearly empty. There is no working hot water. The rooms do not have ocean view even though it is listed.

Nice grounds and easy location. Some staff members go above and beyond. To help you out.

I was allocated a noisy room by side road with a buzzing fridge / no restaurant on site for breakfast I requested a room change & was re allocated a little further back, it was fine . I thought the hotel had a restaurant but it did not. There was a franchise Chinese restaurant sharing the space around the top of pool and to the side

Old run down left after the first night .no food at hotel .had to walk 5 minutes to get some breakfast . Garden s we’re nice .asked for 2 beds got a queen .charged us for two nights have not been updated since it was built
