Sauberes Zimmer, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfreich, sehr gutes Frühstück (kostet extra), Parkplätze vorhanden (gegen Aufpreis €10 pro Tag) ansonsten gibt es einen kostenlosen öffentlichen Parkplatz in der Nähe. Barcelona Stadtmitte sehr gut mit der Bahn erreichbar. Bahnhof ist in ca.15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I love the location. Close to restaurants, stores and the train station. Easy trip to Sitges and Barcelona. Castelldefels is a lovely town.

Rather spacious room. Hotel is good located for car travellers - there is a free municipal parking nearby and motorway heading directly to the city center

Furniture looks a bit outdated. Also tables and chairs are available on terrace during nighttime, some guests use it and loudly gather there during nighttime

Room wasn’t clean. Bathroom was dirty

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was clean and air-conditioned. Shower was really big and comfortable.

It's a little bit on the expensive side. A little walk is required to get to the train station.

Nothing. NEVER AGAIN!

The guy who welcomed us was extremely rude and unpolite. They hadn’t charged me for the room yet (which is something that was supposed to be done before arrival as per policy) and he went all funny like it had been my choice not to pay in advance. The room had a terrible smell and the toilet was disgusting. Everything was really low quality (towels and mattress were terrifying!) and not worth the extremely high price we paid for only one night, especially for being in such a remote area!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Location close to airport, good if having early morning flight.

Poor room facilities (no refrigerator, too simple shelfs sufficient only if you stay 1 or eventually two days, otherwise no space to upack)

I realize this is an Ibis hotel however the price/value is inappropriate, almost insulting to pay that much for this type of accommodation.

Pleasant stay, clean and comfortable room - no frills, but we didn't expect any! Location great for my conference at the technical campus, and easy access by train to Barcelona. Breakfast adequate - what we needed.

Not so much character, but not really to be expected of a budget hotel in this location

Ideal location near the airport. We arrived late at night and they had 10 minutes to check in. Staff 24/7 and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and my boyfriend and I each chose according to taste. The room is clean and spacious. We only spent one night here, so we can't rate the rest.

It's IBIS, pretty much what you expect, exactly the same worldwide

The elevator was broken and I was on the top floor. It was a lot of stairs to carry my luggage up. The location isn't great, it's in the middle of nowhere and not particularly convenient to go to the airport (the public bus is a pain and never came for 1.5hrs)

I had a room on the last floor with a view of the mountains and the Castle and it was spectacullar. I really liked the design of the rooms and how clean it was. Also the dining area in cafe was amazing. I will definitely go there again!

Overall the experience was very good , Specially your Colleague Andrea was very Supporting and helpful, and she always greet customers with Smile ,Nevertheless you come for the help for one time or many time , smile is always there , Andrea you are doing great , Ibis is lucky to have employee like you.

Staff was very supporting

The room was much more better than in other IBIS Hotels und everything was very comfy. The staff was very nice and even nicer than in other hotels.

Online, it seemed to be very near to the beach but it was 2 miles for walking.

Location was suitable as we stayed only one night on our way to the airport.Parking was good.

Airconditioner didn't work and it was too hot in the night.There was quite a lot of noise from the street and other rooms so we didn't sleep very well.
