Great hosts, location is close to the beach and rooms are comfortable and clean

It was close to the beach, apartment had fully equiped kitchen, one bedroom and two single beds in kitchen!
Our resevation was for deluxe appartment , and the description was:
- bedroom 1: one double bed
- bedroom 2: two songle beds
So we expect apartment with two bedroms and separate kitchen, but we had one bedroom with one double bed and two single beds in the kitchen....
Anyway we accepted it, it was close to the beach ...

The location was perfect. It was very close to the beach. 2-3 minutes walking.

Great location, only couple minutes from the perfect beach and mini market. Clean room with nice balcony.

The kitchen is separate from the room (entry via the balcony) so that's a big plus.
The wi-fi exists and it is usable for work, albeit you can't call it fast.
Location is good, close to the beach.
The host was courteous, greeting us with a smile and available to give indications and suggestions.
The hallway and room had a funky smell which took about 3 days to air out. Yolanda does have lots of rooms, in buildings with separate entrances, so don't let this discourage you in any way. We didn't talk to het about it because it was more important to us to have the best wi-fi signal possible.

Jolanda's House has a very good location close to the beach, bars and restaurants. At the same time it is not noisy. The staff is very kind.
I would have appreciated if the place has been cleaner. And the lighting was not enough.

Our stay at Jolanda's was great. Jolanda is very friendly and welcoming. Apartment was great, very clean and beds are very comfortable. The house has separate big parking for the guests and the hole facility has video surveillance. I recommend staying here. See you again :)

Free sunbeds on a beach - we dont know which beach because we didn't stay in toroni during the day
The bathroom is basic, no hair dryer, the shower curtain isn't wide enough
Not the owner's fault but Toroni is extremely boring, I don't recommend anyone to go to this town UNLESS you are willing to use your car to go to great beaches and towns in Sithonia. We went every night to Neos Marmaras and it was great.
I also recommend Linaraki Beach - 20 min by car with great restaurant - 5 Steps in the Sand

Everything was great. It was our first time in Greece and we spend great time in Jolandas House. We booked the biggest apartment in the complex which is good for 4 people. The apartment is situated in the best location of Toroni near the sea (150 m.), nice restaurants (I reccomend Taverna Leon - very nice food and big portions 250m.) and big supermarket (200 m.). Our host Jolanda is very kind and makes us feel like home.
There were not much things we don`t like. I have only one reccomendation and it is connected with the Wi-Fi signal which is not very good and maybe need some improvement. That was not big problem for us and everything else was perfect.
