תקלה בהפסקת מים

בריכה (בלי הצואה אם אפשר), חנות נוחות, מזנון בריכה (אנשים מקסימים!!!), צוות חיובי וסבלני.

פנים החדרים ישנים ולא מתוחזקים, צוות נקיון חדרים התעלם משלט "נא לא להפריע" ודפק בבוקר כדי לנקות, עובדת מלון שמשגיחה על המשחקייה / מועדון ילדים יושבת ללא נוע ללא נסיון להניע או להפעיל ילדים, משכורת מיותרת לא? ארוחת הבוקר סבירה, ירקות אינם טריים, סלט ירקות חתוך מראש לא טרי (או לפחות ככה זה מרגיש בפה). מבחר די מצומצם, פנקייקס קשים וולא לעיסים.

It's very old hotel, but well maintained. There was a free parking. Good location if you like the southern beaches of Eilat.

It was lacking entertainment for the kids. Rooms are very old with old windows, doors and closets. No shade at swimming pool.

Na pokoji nebyla ani voda, natož víno, jak tomu bylo v budoucnosti. Těšili jsme se na wellcome a byli jsme zklamáni. Špinavá Klimatisace!!!

Staff was very nice, specially Gabriela Bernstein, the rooms was clean and tidy. The air condition was good and the breakfast was awesome.

The sofa is very old and lost it comfort. They do need to be replaced

There was enough space in appartment. Rooms are clean with proper air conditioning. The staff supplied once a day cookies/mineral water/sweets to our appartment as extra free of charge.

Hotel parking zone is very small comparing to the hotel size. We had to park our car outside the hotel.

This was a great place to bring the family. There's a ton of activities for kids. They had a couple live activities (e.g. making balloon animals), an arcade, basketball court, playground, etc. Also, the staff was very friendly and very helpful.

While I liked the layout of 2 bedrooms plus living room, the "master" bedroom was quite small. The bed took up almost the entire floor space.

The recepionist who accepted our group was extremely helpful and friendly.

No parking, our shower didn’t drain so the bathroom flooded every time we bathed, not enough chairs around the pool. The property was rundown & not clean.

The room was spaceous and clean. However, the furniture and the apartment itself were worn out, e.g. cusions were ragged, doors did not close, bathroom was somewhat run down... The pool was great, breakfast was very nice and the nature reserve beach is in walking distance.

On the green in front of the room, neighbours grilled and partied every night, making sleeping almost impossible.

Breakfast was excellent. swimming pool beautiful. staff was VERY accommodating throughout the facility.

Room had ancient decor - clean but woodwork/door frames wee falling apart or rotted out at bottom and bathroom was antiquated, bathtub was very slippery. some of the Towels were threadbare.

The staff were helpful and excellent. In my opinion they are doing their very best with a old asset. Gabriella at reception and staff showered us with upgrades, complementary chocolates and extra towels.

Israël sadly is not a value destination; 5 star prices for 3 star hotel.

Breakfast was ok. Also quite close to Coral Beach and some nice restaurants.

50% of the time you are surrounded by thick BBQ smoke as literally everybody brings a grill and makes BBQ in front of their apartments. Super noisy. Just under our bedroom window a big group of people sat on the lawn with loud Arab music and BBQ, kids shouting etc. until after midnight. Security did not silence them at 11pm. Room facilities pretty crappy. Torn sheets, very weak WiFi, … We wouldn‘t go there again.

Walkable to Coral Beach and good restaurants, on the quiet and relaxing side of Eilat. Omelettes and salads for breakfast were great. Responsive staff, good service.

The property needs some serious renovations

feel cleaning of villas is requires. A/C wasn’t cleaned for years, bathtub was grey, balconies are dusty

Its in a good location, out of the way from the busy strip of Eilat. There is also a market down the road which is over-priced but expected for that type of location. The beds were comfortable and the staff was nice. There was also a play room where my 3.5 year old daughter was able to jump around and do some arts and crafts. Complimentary small bottle of decent wine.

The bathtub was very small. Although the pool is heated, it was still a bit chilly for my daughter. I thought there was a gym but instead it's just outdoor equipment. There was a lack of noise privacy (thin walls) which can kill a mood when you hear a group of people hanging out outside your villa at 11pm and even though they may not be loud, you can hear every word. Walked into our villa one night to see a cockroach on the ground. No place to hang stuff to dry so had to use random places and the outdoor chairs to dry swimsuits. The couch was stained. TV had limited channels.
