Large apartment with uninterrupted views of the ocean, in a great location on Broadbeach. A full laundry well equiped. A kitchen, lounge and dining area and a good size ensuite bathroom with a fan that actually works. Underground car parking was very handy.

The apartment is dated, everything in it felt very second hand and minimal. We usually stay at hotels and tried this, it is very different.

Everything was great amazing apartment, spectacular views - right on beach and location was great! Also Sarah on reception was lovely!!

That we couldn’t get fresh towels and had to pay $10 ea for a towel. Was told to wash them ourselves but dryer wouldn’t dry them very frustrating

Kitchen appliances, glasses, cutlery, utensils definitely need an upgrade, rusty and stained. First time I’ve ever not had shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied. No face-washers either. This is just some feedback, it didn’t impact on our stay at all as we were so impressed with the view and everything else on offer.

Great location, right in front of Broadbeach beach. Apartment is spacious and well looked after. The pool is so warm, even in winter. It's a great accommodation for families and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The apartment building is currently undergoing lift maintenance so there's only 1 lift working which causes some delay when going up or down during busy periods. Also there's no tissue box in the room (we had to buy our own), and the toilet paper roll were not refilled (we stayed there for a whole week, and the cleaner only came once but did not restock the toilet paper).

there was only 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 people and not enough washing liquid or hand soap. when you pay for 2 nights at an apartment it is assumed there will be sufficient basic supplies provided for guests.

Wasn't very clean, food under the lounge and hair everywhere. couldn't see through the verandah glass to see view. Half a roll of toilet paper in both bathrooms, hense we ran out and couldn't get anymore as office was closed. A tiny cake of soap in both bathrooms, ran out after 2 days, had to buy some more ourselves. Very hot in bedrooms as fan won't go any higher than slow.

Room was very tired couch was old and uncomfortable second bathroom outdated and we got bed bugs from main bedroom we reported this to management very disappointed

The apartment is in need of a freshen up. It got quite hot so additional air conditioning throughout would of been helpful.

we paid for 2bdrm ocean view apartment, photos were amazing but misleading!! what we got was much lower floor and partial ocean view, on side. It wasn't bad, but not what we paid for. We tried to talk with the reception staff, they were really nice, but the property was fully booked and they couldn't do anything. We have been advised that the photos are the same for every unit - but we have ocean view in our bking description. Our apartment was in need of renovation, quite expensive 5 days.

Apartment 52 is tired and needs updating. There was a lot of marks on the walls and the window winders were corroded and did not work. The balcony sliding doors were heard to slide and they need some maintenance. The main bedroom furniture is old and needs updating. In summary, the apartment was "tired" and needs refurbished. We have stayed at the Talisman before but in a better maintained ocean view apartment.

The location was excellant and the view spectacular. Its right on the beach and just a short walk to the shops. It's an older style building,but very spacious unit and even has its own laundry. We will be going back there as long as we get a room with that view again.its was very relaxing.

There was nothing we didn't like about it. It's older but that didn't concern us.
