Considering the fact that the weather was hot at the time of our stay in Wroclaw, there was not enough air conditioning. I had to keep the windows closed during the day to escape from the heat, and open them at night. Since there is a hookah cafe nearby, it was noisy enough until the morning and it was not possible to relax with the windows open at night for any of the three nights. But, if you don't have a family vacation and you yourself are ready to walk all night long, then this is not a hindrance at all, on the contrary :).

SCAM! FRAUD! DONT WASTE YOUR BREATH. We’ve been robbed by the hotel and booking com clearly cannot sort it out and get our money back. Lack of any kind of professionalism or customer service skills. already waste over a month to get my money back which was stolen by the hotel. Totally disgusted WILL NEVER BOOK OR TRUST BOOKING COM EVER AGAIN

Bad smell in the bathroom, the balcony is in a pretty bad state, it gets noisy as it's right in the center, the backyard where you enter the house looks quite dodgy

Location was nice. Apartment was clean.

Lots of things. Firstly they didn’t send me outside door lock, l lost lots if energy. At home they had wifi but they didn’t write password anywhere, l write to the reception they gave me wrong password and one day they didn’t write correct one. kitchen equipment was so poor, they was cooker but no lighter. And of course deposit, they are blocking 300 zlot deposits instead of rental money. Bathroom was disaster they was no door of jakuzi, and everywhere was water after shower. after shower 2 hours l cleaned the water. Sink was smelly and full. They had hair drier but it was not working.

Location was splendid, although not at all the one you assume from the photos of the view. Apt was spacey enough with functioning basic facilities, enough storage space and very comfortable

Check-in extremely complicated with multiple steps, if you're a tourist and can't call inside Poland you're done... Every time I wrote the hotel they sent me automatic messages instead of actually reading my queries. The shower water wouldn't heat

WiFi password wasn't available and host hasn't provided one in spite of the complaints. Many people take a leak in front of the balcony TOWELS ARE NOT AVAILABLE and have to be collected from another building for extra fee.
