Food fantastic, breakfast one of the best I've had, room was lovely, staff extremely friendly and helpful and an absolutely beautiful hotel. Brilliant experience.
This is a nit pick, coffee was a bit weak at breakfast but that's about it!

The decor has been very carefully selected for design and quality. The deluxe double was very comfortable, clean with a good shower. The meals were excellently presented and delightfully cooked.
The facilities for dogs in the hotel porch indicated that dogs would be cared for well. However, I question the appropriateness of the care and attention given by staff to the dogs whilst serving food to clients. Yappy dogs spoilt the calm atmosphere of the restaurant.

Beautiful decor, very spacious and rooms were well equipped and immaculate. Lovely area outside to sit and enjoy the summer outdoors

All newly renovated. Very well run. Amazing food.

Everything was clean, fresh, brand new furniture and carpets throughout the hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was spotless, well stocked up, great tea/coffee tray with cookies. We had a draft excluder to block the light/noise from the bottom of the door. Shoe tray for dirty boots. Outside terrace very pleasant to chill in the evenings. Dog friendly- had amenities for cleaning/drying the paws, dog bowls across the terrace. Dog friendly rooms on request.
Breakfast was very tasty, good selection on the menu and buffet.

Easy to find, great location just 2 mins from Keswick, the room was warm and cosy with a great hot shower, comfy bed. Can’t comment on the restaurant or bar as didn’t use it but it looked very popular when I check in. Staff were lovely from what interaction i had. It was a lovely place and just what I needed before a big day in the hills
