the location and the staff

The owners are friendly & accommodating. lovely breakfast, comfortable bed & clean toilet.

It’s old but that’s why it is unique.

Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Location was very close to the center

The facilities are very old. Towels in the room were torn. The room in general didn't look very clean.

Location is within the old town. All shops are within walking distance. The room is comfortable with good heating during winter.

The first night we were without hot water but that was rectified on the other 2 nights.

- Hotel owner was very friendly and helpful. He took care of everything about us personally. - We realy enjoyed the breakfast. - The hotel was very pretty, photogenic and at a silent corner. It was easy access to the city center.

- It looks like a very safe place normally. Maybe because of that here is no stuff around. We did not see anybody other than the owner and other guests in the hotel. This was ok until i was sexually harrassed by another guest when we sat at the courtyard with my partner one evening. He even came to our door after we left to our room which was right at the enterance. I was able to handle to situation without any aggression but i would have really appreciated having stuff around. - Insulation for noise could be better.

The boss was exceptionally helpful, he met me when I got lost driving there in the night. he helped with my luggage, he gave me suggestions on places to visit. he made my stay so much more happier.

I didn't like the fact the access to the hotel is closed by the municipality at certain times of the day and night, blocking the access to the hotel. it would be a big issue to those with big luggages.

the boss is very nice,the breakfast is also very rich,feel good.
