perfect location, extremely comfy bed, amazing breakfast

rooms a little basic for the cost, could do with an update. some mould on the ceiling in the bathroom

I've stayed here a fee times now and for good reason. OCH never fails to deliver on every level. From check in to check out, every single member of staff is so polite and attentive. Rooms always clean and very comfortable with bedding and pillows you would gladly have at home. Food too is amazing, but you have to be here in Padstow, the bar is set very high and they do it very well indeed. The restaurant is a venue you would come to eat even if you weren't staying. It's just a really great place, and would gladly book again :)

The room was large and clean. The location was perfect and the Hotel could not be faulted

Building is old and a few creaky floor boards but adds to the character 😀

Breakfast was excellent, with quality produce and well-cooked food. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

As advertised, our room was subject to noise from people and traffic outside. This was a little disappointing, especially as it was so quiet in the area. But it was not enough to ruin a great night's sleep.

Great location on the harbour with beautiful views and right in the heart of town. Lovely room and very comfortable bed and pillows with nice amenities and touches to the room, coffee pods and bottled water etc. Staff were all really lovely and the included breakfast was spot on, being included in the price was an added bonus. Easy to navigate and check in/out process easy and stress free.

Shower had no hot water and was painfully cold, staff were apologetic but it was the morning of check out so appreciate nothing could be done - a let down after an otherwise really lovely trip.

The view was fantastic, bed lovely and comfortable. The location is perfect for walks and on the harbour. The breakfast was very tasty and filling and eating in the conservatory watching the world go by.

We had the most amazing harbour facing room which was lovely and comfortable and warm. The staff were exemplary, very friendly and helpful. The food was 2nd to none. We did not expect such a great choice with the all inclusive breakfast deal.

I would struggle to think of anything negative to say.

A really clean and spacious room. The Mrs loved the san Miguels on tap provided at the bar and we both really enjoyed our breakfast. A great stay all round.

Fabulous breakfast in the heart of town with harbour view

Nothing it was perfect

Friendly and welcoming staff at check in. Helpful and prompt member of staff who immediately fetched a kettle for us to make tea in our room. Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water in the modern en suite shower room. Excellent and huge cooked breakfast and plentiful buffet options too. The price we paid was a special deal and very good value as it included breakfast. Parking is available just opposite in the public car park at about £8 for the duration.

The above sink area in the en suite had peeling wallpaper and untidy plastering where possibly a shelf had been removed. One bedside light didn’t work and the shade had just been left hanging on the fitting. Although the bedroom and shower were clean, the sink in the en suite was dusty, suggesting it should have been refreshed.
