Almost everything . It’s a new look hotel with modern facilities at the beautiful park and sea. A lot of attraction’s nearby .

Das Zimmer war ok
Bei Ankunft zu früh kein Gepäcksraum, daher kein kofferservice, Innenpool finster und keine Liegen im Freien!!Aussenpool am Anfang nicht gesäubert und keine Liegen. Am Strand 2 Tage Baugeräte und Arbeiten mit viel Lärm und Staub.Nur eine kleine Frühstücksterrasse für Raucher und leider nur Blechtische und Sessel. Für das gesamte Frühstück gibt es keine Tischtücher ist total ungemütlich und kalt! Die Bedienung hat eine Kleidung wie eine Tarnfarbe gäbe es wesentlich pfiffigere Bekleidung! Die mitgebrachten vielen Hunde verrichten ihr Geschäft in der Wiese vorm Hotel! Ist beim Frühstück sehr appetitlich anzusehen!Da ist noch viel Luft nach oben!!! Sehe auch keine Manager zur Kontrolle

Die Lage und das Hotel waren gehobene Klasse. Die Ausstattung und das Angebot Super. Der Hund wurde auch begrüßt. Achtung leider steht nirgends der Preis für den Hund. Pro Nacht 40€!!! Hinweise was im Preis enthalten ist gibt es leider nicht.
Leider wurde der Hinweis auf den defekten Nachttisch nicht behoben. Unser Hund hat die Holzplatte auf den Kopf bekommen! Keine Entschuldigung dafür am Ende auch kein Trinkgeld!! Der Pool auf dem Dach leider nicht gefunden. Keine Hinweisschilder.

Everything about our stay was absolutely fabulous. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every request was fulfilled, especially Dragana in customer relations .
Slightly disappointed with restaurant food choices for evening meals, but there are many great restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was perfect, huge selection of everything! Lovely view, we really liked that the hotel has so much light. Also the buffet dinner was great, ravioli are the best!!
Spa area is awesome. There are about 3 different types of saunas.
We stayed out of season so the pool and saunas were almost empty and we could enjoy our time there.
Maybe during the season the sauna area is a bit too small for such big hotel but we didn’t have any problem.

Extraordinary experience. Perfect customer service. We stayed for 3 nights with a baby and got a room upgrade due to noise in our previous room (which was beautiful too). Great spa with vitality bar and relax area. Delicious breakfast. Thank you! Definitely recommended.

What a beautiful hotel!!. We just loved the architecture and the very friendly and helpful staff. The room was beautiful with a very comfortable bed and balcony and the breakfasts delicious. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools and spa. We did feel going off season was a good choice because it was not crowded which is our preference. The location was perfect for walking into Rovinj old town and exploring the protected pine forest. We had a wonderful stay!!
Being on a lower floor we could hear some of the equipment turn on from the spa which was below us. It was a little bothersome at times.

I love to stay in Lone. Staff greets you like you came back home. Rooms are specious, clean and with very nice view wherever you are located.

Staff where very welcoming and made an early check in possible at no extra cost, thanks to the quick, efficient room cleaning changeover.
The hotel is spacious, clever design and good art features heavily. Breakfast was very good with professional attentive staff. Additional touches e.g body lotion and beauty kit, shower cap in room. Although we did not use room service the facility included many items, beverages only - cost of product only no deliver charge which I thought was nice. Bed and room was a good size. Bath easily accommodated 2 people.
The Wellness area was in keeping with the colours of the hotel but I found the very dark shades of black and grey to be gloomy and the lighting was too dim. The 3D tiled walls I consider not to be very hygienic or practical for a spa area.
