Wasn’t overly clean , run out of hot water , sauna didn’t work

was t to expensive and nice area with decent size rooms

no one was at reception from 7-8 so couldn't go in the pool, bathrooms need updating

spacious surrounds. Having a restaurant available for both breakfast and dinner made it so easy. staff were very helpful especially it being the Easter break

I booked and paid booking.com, decided to ring to make sure there was a pet friendly, and was told I had to give them my credit card details, to pay for pet friendly room, they would not debit the card, to come in the morning pay for the dogs, when I went in to the office to pay my card had already be debited, I asked for a receipt and was told they emailed me the invoice, I have not received anything from them about how much I paid or confirmation it was paid, could you assist me with this...

It was perfect for our family of 6. It had plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. We just needed somewhere to sleep before starting our drive back to Perth. Lovely and clean and a nice quiet spot.
