Quiet location

The room was not clean. Hair in the bath, sofa was stained with what looked like ........ ( Balcony was dirty. It was the worst Ramada Hotel I have ever stayed in for cleanliness. For an international chain to provide such service isn't acceptable. I'm staying in Israel for 10 days, I'm glad I only booked one night. I've actually moved 500 meters to another hotel in the area, which is luxury in comparison and at the same price.

The view from our room was amazing.

We did like the view.

We booked a room for a couple, but they just put two single beds together, wasn’t comfortable to sleep with my partner in it. Also I asked a girl who works in the reception if we can check out after 11:00, she told me that she will check and call me back, she called back at 11:41 and told me that we should leave at 11:30 (that didn’t make sense to us) and she told us that she didn’t have the time to update us because she didn’t have the time. After few minutes some girl who works there knocked on out door and told us to leave quickly, I tried to explain to her that I was waiting for an answer from the receptionist, but she didn’t listen, and told us to leave the room because they want to clean it, not just that, when I checked out I told the receptionist that this wasn’t professional what they did, she lied and told me that she called us and we didn’t answer, and that we should be more responsible!!!!! The room wasn’t very clean, there was a kitchen but no cookware. Also they didn’t put towels in the kitchen.

it’s one of the only places where a group of people can stay in the same suite which was super important to us. great porch with gorgeous views. great food - lots of variety and tasted fresh and delicious. the two big beds were comfortable. the apt was clean. big bathrooms.

one of had to sleep on the couch and it wasn’t great - the price isn’t cheaper to have an extra sleep on the couch unfortunately. the lunch and dinner are 250 each per person which we felt was on the pricey side.

Great location, good sized rooms, nice breakfast

Tatty decor in bedroom, peeling paint on balcony ceiling, corroded basin tap; tired general appearance. Both TV remotes did not work. Only one light worked in bathroom. old thin towels. electronic door key failed.

EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE THE STAFF WAS HORRIBLE AND NON ACCOMMODATING!! I would rather live in woods then staying in this hotel!!!
