My favorite hotel in Bucharest! A newly renovated hotel with amazing staff that made me feel at home. Free Parking was also a big bonus as it is very difficult to find parking spots in the center however this one was not an issue.

The bed was comfortable

Old building, old furniture, breakfast area really sad and unusually refurbished with old and damaged furniture. Small room, heating system in the middle of the room, colours really sad, unfriendly user bathroom. Breakfast quality really poor.

THIS IS NOT 4 STAR HOTEL. PERIOD! IN 16-17 OCTOBER IT'S COLD SEASON HERE, AND WE FOUND 17.5⁰ C IN THE ROOM AND WE ARIVED 4 HOURS AFTHER THE CHECK-IN SCHEDULE, SO THEY HAD ALL THE TIME TO CLEAN AND WORM THE ROOM BUT DID NOT. THE HEAT WOS NOT WORKING SO AVOID IT IN COLD SEASON. THE HOTEL LACKS IN ROOM CLEANING SERVICES...THE CARPED SMELS AND IS NOT WELL TREATED AND NOT CORCTLY CLEANED. THE DUST IS NOT BEING REGULARLY WIPED OF THE SURFACES. ( I HAVE IMAGE OF HOW MUCH DUST IT WAS IN MY SECOND ROOM). THE ROOMS ARE A BIT SMELLY AND CAN GIVE YOU THE IMPRESSION OF NOT BEING CORECTLY CLEANED. MANY MORE CAN BE SAID BUT I WILL STOP HERE. WINT RECOMEND IT...NIT A 4 STAR HOTEL ANYMORE. BAD ROOM CLEAN AND BAD BREACKFAST! ALMOST AS GREEDY AS POSIBE. SCROOGE!!!!!!!¡

The positioning of the hotel building. And also the fact that the elevators are silent and wont desturb you. Also liked the bed sheets cleanliness

We have stayed here several times and this hotel is an example to others in respect of standards and customer service. The staff and management made our stay as they are so helpful really going out of there way to make the guests stay safe and happy.

I think having the restaurant fully open will make a big difference, which l believe is planned.

unhelpful/sullen check-in staff. outdated rooms, broken furniture/damaged doors. pathetic breakfast choice. to long check-out process with an attempt to overcharge for rooms cost.

Location close to where I had to go

Restaurant was closed. No smoking place , only on the street in front of the hotel. Room service charges more 30% more then written price. You have to read carefully the menu to understand . TVA and room charge on the food and beverages. I got stuck in the elevator. However maybe all these are just a result of a bad post Covid19 management. They had little staff some very nice some not very experienced. However the place was clean and the location is not bad.
