The property is nice and the staff are great, but the problem is with respect to the room service and restaurants. The staff helped us a lot during the stay.
We wish that the room service is bit fast and rooms to be more clean. when they charge a lot of money we expect the rooms and bathrooms to be very clean.

It is a very old property neding lot of maintenance however the staff are excellent and very helpful.
A bit dated and gym is very poor.

No swimming pool at the property was a letdown. But this was my mistake for not checking properly.

Great location with breathtaking views of Fateh Sagar lake. Heritage built and treatment of the property. Would like to visit again!

location was superb and quite accessible to surrounding sight seeing places. Chef Mahi took special care of our requirements .

Without any second thought the Location…right in front of the Fateh Sagar lake as well as approach to the property is non confusing…good well laid out separate entry & exits with parling located very close to the property.

Staff was rude and felt service was not at 5 star level. Room was nice but there were couple bugs in room. Cochroch

Breakfast was okay, ordinary. Location is good as its located right near the lake.
Beds and its cleanliness. We found a few dead cockroaches in the morning on our bed. The mattress was also not at all comfortable, and suspect springs were broken too. Not comfortable at all.

Service, location and rooms were all excellent. Prompt response for any issue we had in room.
Mr. Nafis the manager was excellent and personally took responsibility to have our bags sent to the airport so that we could do some shopping after checkout and then head to the airport directly

Location is ok
Stuff very unpleasant. Terribly expensive considering the offer, we were charged 70 USD for dinner. During the dinner, we were constantly asked for our room number and name. Another hotel in India where the staff have no idea what they are doing.

The view from the front lawn was exceptional. Beautiful property. The rooms were comfortable and food was exceptional.
Definitely needs renovation. The valley view was overlooking the concrete jungle which was not a very pleasant site. But the sunrise view was exceptional. Came to understand that the ongoing litigation between the Lalit group and the government is keeping the property from becoming a must stay destination.

Too crowded with weddi g group. Not proper attention to regular guest. Bathroom wash basin was leaking and floor wS getting wet.

bathroom’s we’re not clean much. yellow stains everywhere.

Concierge Service were not provided during check out, being a senior citizen I had to tow my own bag from my room during check out.
