Excellent, friendly staff. Very nice food and drink. The room had everything I needed for my overnight stay. Great location, not too far from the town centre.
The bed was a little too soft for me, but I understand it's personal preference and impossible to completely please everybody.

The place was immaculately clean breakfast was great staff which I believe are a family were so helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately we were there for a family funeral which wasn't great but we have decided that next time we come over we will use the same place

The property was very well maintained and clean, the location was ideal.

Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice. Help yourself to cereals, fruit, yoghurt, coffee. Full English breakfast cooked on demand as well as eggs, omelette, toasted sandwich, tea and toast.
No evening meal available at weekends.
En suite shower room very cramped with fan running intermittently.
Our room needs a smaller kettle as it was too tall to fit easily under fixed mixer tank making filling it very awkward.

We arrived at 7.20pm to be told the restaurant shut at 7pm. The bar/lounge was also shut. I spoke to other people and they said the restaurant and bar/lounge was shut.

Friendly welcome, room was comfortable and spacious with en-suite and desk. Breakfast was included which always helps for business trips, and there was a good selection to choose from. Car-parking on site.

Really lovely place. Spacious and comfortable ensuite rooms with nice extra touches, like a kettle and USB charging point. A great restaurant, with nice variety of meals. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend if staying in Mansfield.

It was close to restaurants and bars. Very lovely building very clean. Had a great night sleep. Breakfast was lovely. Great location. Just what we needed. Parking on site. The staff got our room ready earlier for us which was great. Lovely breakfast room nice and relaxing
