Very helpful and friendly staff who will help in any request. There is a yakitori/Japanese restaurant at b2 of adjoining mall that served very good food with above average portions.

Pretty much everything. Even though weather was not good at all, we were still able to enjoy our stay. Property provides numerous activities in the basement. We especially loved massage chairs!

Slightly disappointed with the hotel's dinner. Not a lot of choices for rather high price...

Tunnel to the beach, location

Poor hygiene, dirty carpets in rooms and the rest of the hotel, breakfast options didn’t change for the entire length of our stay which was 7 days

The rooms are big but everything is extremely worn out and outdated

The hotel needs a major restructuring. The wifi is not working and everything you see has passed end of life status already 10 years ago. This hotel is far to expensive for what you get. Better pay a bit more and book a room with CeasarvPark hotel right next door.

The queue for check-in is a little bit too long, waited around 15-20 mins there is not a lot of lounge chair next to pool. it could be improved.

The whole establishment is comfortable, with ample and enjoyable common areas, Wide selection at breakfast. Excellent location, near but not within the main street. Comfortable rooms, sizeable, with excellent sea view.

Wi-fi in the room was, at times, weak. The welcome drinks could be improved, somebody could find then too sweet.

It's a must to wear a swimming hat to enter the swimming pool, the aircon is too strong and cannot be put to heat.

we have come to this property for the last 10 years on and off. we loved the new addition of the arcade, shops, KTV etc. the collaboration makes this feel the hotel is much bigger. I was shocked when I came back through the beach tunnel to find all this extra shops and facilities.

the property would benefit from an elevator direct from the basement parking to reception. not a big issue and still accessible but this would be the “majestic “ level of perfection especially as I had my disabled mum with me who needs accessible routes.

We enjoy every time when we go to Howard, but this time was great. Our room was very big, clean and located in a perfect spot. The bed was very comfortable. Very nice stuff.

The deer zoo stinks of urine and excrements!! our first room was right above. I do not like going to a resort and looking at animals in cages, you have to walk by the cages every time to go to the pool--- this is totally inappropriate and the cages are too small for these large animals
