Fresh clean and close to everything we wanted to see in Bendigo. Liked that the tap was high enough to fit the kettle under to fill up for a hot drink, most are awkward and difficult

The electric blanket was very lumpy to sleep on. It’s just a small thing though

Location was excellent and fully met our needs as did the on site car parking. The rooms were both clean and equipped with essentials. Right next door was a nice little pub bistro which served a tasty meal to each of us on the cold, wet evening when we chose not to drive anywhere.

The beds in each room were not comfortable. One room had a bed with a decided uncomfortable dip and the other room had a bed with too soft edge that one person kept trying to avoid falling out of as they attempted to turn over.

Did not have breakfast. Location was good.

Nothing particular. All item met we our expectations.

excellent location , staff and service , unfortunately there was a severe altercation and police required for a severe altercation in the hotel"pub" next door late at night disturbing the peace. it required 4 police cars to sort incident out. other than that ,excellent service and so great to have bar drinks and nibbles in room and breakfast delivered on the am to which some hotels are doing away with. please don t lose this service.

We stayed in the Studio with spa bath at the back of the property. It was a separate free standing dwelling which didn't have any road noise. The room was spacious, cosy, great bed and bathroom was very nice and new.

The owner telephoned me the night before to let me know the spa was broken. Nice to know but not great when this feature usually costs extra.

As a solo traveller I felt safe, and it was a very warm friendly environment.
