Excelente atención y un lugar adecuado para relajarse.
No había acceso a Netflix y es un poco incómodo programar desde el celular para acceder a Youtube .

Everything. We got upgraded to a better suite with partial sea view and got complimentary spa circuit as well as pool sofas. The hotel is just beautiful and offers stunning sunsets. Staff very welcoming. We didn't want to leave anymore.

Everything was great. A slightly larger bar/pool menu would have been nice as we ate every meal at the property for 4 days!
The Venturia consultant seemed like she was either highly unorganised or trying to scam us we couldn’t make out. It was an ordeal to get on the group tour of the islands as she kept forgetting to tell us the information for the boat trip and instead was trying to sell us a $600 private tour

It’s just an excellent hotel! This is one of the best hotels around the world that we have ever been! We had a fabulous time, and we consider going back one day. Staff are indeed one of the best assets this hotel have. A lovely place to stay indeed!

The staff was absolutely great.
The smell in the area was something and the food of ballestas restaurant didn't taste authentic.didnt like the pasta menu either/missing some chicken or beef in it. I think the hotel looks gorgeous plus the excellent staff they have helps to have a nice experience but with a menu change it would make it even better .one more thing the lighting set up was a little bit confusing.
