No me respetaron mi reservacion, llegue 3pm yme dijeron que no había habitaciones disponibles y la tipa de resepcion me dijo que podía irme hacer mis activadades laborales que mi reservacion ya estaba aplicada qué no había ningún problema y cuando llegue ella misma me salió que lo sentía pero que la reservacion se había cancelado, fue espantoso xq eran las 11 de la noche y yo en plena ciudad sin saber a donde ir!!! La gerente no supo dar una solución osea que tipo de gerente es que solo se limito a decir lo siento mucho, pésimo todooo

The beds are awful. We couldn’t rest. It was like sleeping on the floor. We won’t stay there again.

The hotel met all our expectations - it is clean, has good breakfast and good wifi, and is comfortable (we preferred to use our own pillows though). The best of all was the staff. I lost my engagement ring, and called the hotel a couple hours later in a panic. My ring was found and it is currently on its way to our mailing address! I am so grateful for the quick and kind attention from the personnel on this issue.

Breakfast was OK, particularly liked the fresh fruit and the coffee machine that offered fresh made coffee every time. Staff was very attentive, particularly front desk and doormen/guards.
Although overall it was a fair experience for the price paid I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. The bar/club next door PLAYS LOUD MUSIC EVERY NIGHT UNTIL 1AM. Unless guests are planning on NOT getting any rest until that time I DO NOT RECCOMMEND this hotel to anybody.

The wifi isn’t good at all. There are many comments about this. Something should be done. Other hotels with a similar price are better in that respect.

Free breakfast is really good, with some of it freshly cooked.
Parking is nearby and there was a security guard at the front.
Room size is good.
The bed is a bit too small and it would be most wonderful if it is a queen-sized bed. For two adults, it is a bit cramped.
The check-in process is a bit too long (only 1 person was serving and it took her a long time to check in two people ahead of me). The wait time was more than 10 minutes, which was not good.
