Super location, facilities are OK, I super liked the garden !!! Gardeners doing excellent job !!!
The staff especially the cleaning service are very polite and trying hard to keep everything clean.
Sometimes very annoying the loud music from the next door club .
Room needs a cabinet.

Finns nightclub next door were a bit noisy

The hotel desperately needs to change and buy new linens (bedsheets, duvet, pillow sheets, pillows) and towels.
The white sheets and towels are no longer white and one of the bedsheets in our room had a permanent stain.

Stunning location, right on the beach. Great views, great crystal clear pool. Staff are all friendly and helpful.
Finn's beach Resort is next door and their music is played from midday to midnight increasing in volume. This seems to be okay for a couple of nights but then it's mostly annoying as sleeping becomes a bit of a problem. It's so wrong that this establishment was allowed to be built right next door to a smaller resort basically reducing their customers because of the noise. Such a shame. Not many shops around so you need to get a cab or bike into main Changuu if you like a bit of shopping. Changuu is super busy. Traffic is horrendous. Breakfast was average. Superior rooms had quite hard beds and pillows. My toilet was leaking so I was given another room which had a comfy bed and pillows. You need to realise that Bali is still recovering from Covid lockdown so services aren't back to the standard they were at before Covid. Mid Range hotels seem not to have buffet breakfasts now, or little things like kettles and coffee/tea in rooms. This is a problem if you expect that rather than understand they are still getting back on their feet. We had a nice stay but Finn's was the major annoyance.

Incredibly loud music booming out from Finn's, the huge beach club right next door. On the weekends this goes on until 2:30 am. No sleep possible.

The property is set between two night clubs and it is impossible to sleep at night. The owner knows this and asks all guests to pay upfront at resort. After a horrendous night, where we were all unable to sleep due to the bass music from the night club next door physically shaking us, we were not given a refund upon request of this circumstance. I would never stay here again and am vocal to friends and family about this awful experience at this hotel.

Location, just next to the beach and walking distance to some popular places like (Finns, Atlas)
Rooms need to be renovated. They look so old. Bed settings are too old. I had a backache from the matress.
