Great time enjoyed our stay will recommend to family and friends

It takes an extraordinary amount of time for the hot water to come through in the shower. Also the quality of the toilet paper was very thin meaning we used 2x3 more than what a stronger paper would have provided We were apartment 50 and the toilet seat was broken and slides when sat on.

Location, size of apartments, facilities and lovely staff. Apartments very well equiped.

Beds could have been more comfortable, some need replacing.

Outside balcony, glass doors and screens were dirty and unkept.

The mattress was so old you could hear the springs moving. It was hard and also the pillows where hard . This wasn’t the studio that I reserved. I reserved a one bedroom with a WALK in shower. My husband could hardly get over the edge of bath tub to have a shower. Then when he was getting out there was no rails to hold onto to get out ( he’s in his 70s ).It was even hard for me to get in and out and I am more mobile than my husband.

The lounge was so uncomfortable to sit in even .The air conditioning was so old it hardly heated . Also was hard to lock the front door.

Very nice location at walking distance from Port Stevens Town Center. Very spacey apartment and comfortable beds and sofas. Luminous place and overall clean.

The apartment was a bit cold and I could not manage to use the air conditioning as heating system. I also would have liked a proper coffee machine and more equipment for the kitchen, especially plates and cutleries. The gym is also quite small.

Great location, team went out of their way to organise a bottle of wine to be left for our belated anniversary, team were helpful, gracious and friendly. Great room at a great price.
