Nice hotel in colonial style in city center. Nice staff/ service and tasty breakfast. Spotless rooms.

Our shower only knew hot and very hot, the cold was never found despite several trials. This hotel certainly on the pricier side - depending on what the preferences are this might be just the right place or not.

there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, the spa has to be paid separately. The breakfast - which is officially till 10 - was already reduced more than half an hour earlier stat day. in addition location is quite loud. We have been staying in better hotels in Cilaos and overall I have to say, that the hotel is completely not worth the price and does not represent a 4* standard at all.

The localisation of this hotel it just amazing. It's in a city center next to the main street. Viev from the windos are just pefrct. The breakfast it really good. They have everything what you need to star a good day in the mountains.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and spotless room with a balcony. Secure parking at the back of the hotel.

Located right by the road so the sound of people blasting music on the street right underneath your balcony and the revving motorbikes can be heard loud and clear during the night which woke me up several times. The breakfast was extremely disappointing for a 4 star hotel, croissants and bread were hard and not fresh, there wasn't a lot of choice either, what a shame.

Excellently located with wrap around corner balcony, and great views across the peaks when the clouds clear.

Roadworks being done currently (March) meant it was a little scruffy outside, and town drunks buy their booze from a nearby shop leading to some noise. Closing windows does reduce this drastically though and it’s gone by about 10
