Great views of the Lake from restaurant and room. Food was really nice and tasty. Close to Lake, mountains and connections.

Seemed like the staff and receptionist was too buzy all the time and doing many things at the same time.

The four stars are unjustified. The hotel needs a proper refurbishment. Staff is not very friendly.

Wow, this was perfect: a full view of the lake from the room balcony and also from the restaurant terrace. Short walk to the promenade and swimming. Spacious parking right by hotel. The food was... Amazing! - highly recommending the Salzburger Nockerl dessert - all high quality, well-presented and super tasty food.

Very nice rooms, great location

The whirlpool was very useful as it was raining most of the time, the bed was large (a bit stiff), room was big, clean and well maintained. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. It was dog friendly place so I can forget all about the minuses :)

It took ages for the hot water to come out of the shower/whirlpool, the cleaning service never added soap or shampoo even it has finished the first day. We could not find any open restaurant on Friday, even tho we got list of "open" restaurants, but most of them were closed (only 1 was open actually and it was small pizzeria).

Bed was big but not whole, separate

Great location near the lake, lovely views, nice dining area, spacious room.

There were only snacks and minibar to be paid for, it would be nice to have a kettle in the room and some welcoming tea bags, etc.

the property is an old one, the showers could be changed, the tv remote did not work properly, it’s a pity that the attention to details is not quite big; also, we paid the same amount of money for a double room, as for an executive one, the difference was big.

The outside temperature had dropped significantly but no heating inside!! On our booking we have never and not been told there was bar or restaurant!!

The room was full of spiders, the mattresses too soft and flimsy. The morning receptionist was not accomodating at all.

Spacious clean room, nice furniture, soft pillows, fantastic location and views of the lake. There is a beautiful lake swimming place almost in front of the hotel, a bit down the road, next to Villa Paulick. And when you swim in crystal clear turquoise lake, you can enjoy the view of famous Villa Paulick from the water :) Charming :)

Check-in only till 21:00, so keep this in mind when you plan your travels. Late check-out not really negotiable. Both points are somehow below normal expectations from a 4-star hotel. There was a real spider farm active on my balcony every night. The spookiest experience of all of my hotel stays :) Don't know whether it's regional or has something to do with the building or the season but a dozen of rather big spiders hanging on your terrace somehow prevents you from enjoying the view :) Thus, if you are not a spider watcher, no sense to pay extra for the room with a balcony as you'll not really enjoy it :) I chose this hotel inter alia because of its famous restaurant only to learn upon my arrival that it's going to be closed for the coming weekend. A bit of disappointment, frankly speaking, especially since there are very few places in town to dine out and they stop serving food ridiculously early.

Pillows were horrible, very bad quality. Room was located next to the balcony for smoking guests so all their smoke was immediately in. Room faced to the main road (no view on the lake) so you heard all the noise from the traffic. Definitely not calm location. Air condition was missing so the room was very hot and we had to have open window. We wanted to have a dinner but it was fully booked by reservations so we got a list with places where to go nearby ( apparently this is very common as they gave this list to many other people as well). This room was definitely not value the price they aksed for.
