Great location and very comfortable beds with wonderful showers.
I was locked in my room; for three hours I couldn’t get out of my room and staff simply would not answer the phone when I called the front desk for assistance. I had to ask a member of the public to get the attention of the front desk and have someone come up to my room and unlock the door so that I could leave the room.
As you can imagine this was frightening; however in the morning staff compensated me by giving me a full refund however in the event of a fire this could’ve been catastrophic

good value for money, good location right close to the square for food & drink. clean & tidy rooms & all facilities in working order.
bedding was not the best but did bother me.

Alles sehr sympathisch eingerichtet, klein und fein.
Moderne Einrichtung, hell, sauber, sehr angenehm, zentral gelegen.

Die Lage direkt am Marktplatz war schön, jedoch muss man somit direkt an der Unterkunft auf ein Außengelände verzichten... Auch die u Bahn war direkt zu erreichen und ist sehr übersichtlich gegliedert. Das Personal war sehr nett und nein Sohn hat sich immer sehr nett mit den Mitarbeiter der Rezeption unterhalten können....
Wenn so viele Partygäste vor Ort sind, ist es nicht immer so toll ein Gemeinschaftsklo zu haben.....

The hostel is very centrally located - just a few minutes' walk to the centre - yet on a quiet side street. It's clean and spacious. The dorm had lockers, a table with chairs in the middle, and a washbasin with a mirror. There is a canteen on the first floor with a decent breakfast.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. You are literally in the heart of the city.
The staff is helpful, the hotel is clean, the room was warm.
Taking into consideration that this is mainly a hostel, the value for money is fantastic for the double rooms with private bathroom.
Don't expect anything else but the necessary things in the room.
We were asked to drop the bed linen after the stay, which I suppose that is normal at a hostel, but we had a private room.
Also, the room was located near the elevator, so while people were waiting the elevator, we could hear pretty much everything, due to low noise-proofing of the door.

All was clean, facilities were nice and is located close to the train station and 30 minutes walking of the Signal Iduna Park which is perfect. I arrived very early and they allow me to stay in the lobby which already include wifi. Breakfast was nice as well.
Cathalina in the reception was super nice, for what I can tell, she speak German, English, and Spanish quite well.

I wasn't able to enjoy the breakfast as I had an important meeting. The facility was quite good.
On my arrival I found out there was no key available for me. I went out to have dinner & again came to find that there was no key present even after 2 3 ours. The receptionist told that keys are present with the other guys living in the room. There should be a key for every customer.

I was impressed with the general cleanliness of the hotel. All the hotel staff. Excellent service. The rooms are very very clean. The location is excellent.

Lobby is Ok, Stuff is friendly, breakfast is Ok
Room looks like hospital room. There is a sinc in a room, bathroom is small, shower is basicaly floor next to toilete. You are asked on arrival to take of your sheets and bring together with towels on checkout

Nice hotel and room, comfortable bed, good, varied breakfast. Late check-in was no problem (24hr reception). Street parking was free overnight (though costs quite a bit for daytime).
