bubbles on arrival. spectacular hosts who made you feel welcome / at home and were a wealth of info in terms of local attractions. even got an Easter egg for breakfast on Easter Sunday
only one minor point that hot water takes a really long time to run through the pipes (not good on a cold day)

Sharon and Jeremy are the perfect hosts, welcoming and ensure all your needs are met. The breakfast is amazing and the coffee is just perfect.
The property is so peaceful and private. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

My mother and I stayed for 2 nights and we had a really relaxing time. We felt really welcomed by the hosts (who are also keen travellers) and were given lots of great tips for nearby interesting sites. We visited the Hawkes farm because of the owner's suggestion and purchased a lot of fresh farm produces to take home at the end of our trip and it was so fresh. The room was large and it had a lovely view of the grounds. The owners pay a lot of attention in ensuring the guests are happy and attention to detail in the upkeep of the room and the site.

Easy check-in, hosts were friendly, attentive and accommodating, centrally located (to restaurants, winery, beaches and attractions). Highlights: Barney, breakfast & alpacas.

Location was perfect for the Hot Springs. Having Barney and the Alpacas to interact with each day really made the stay a unique experience. Sharon and Jeremy were such helpful, insightful hosts with plenty of ideas for us each day. Sharon also makes great muffins! Definitely recommend for a peaceful, relaxing stay.

This was the perfect location to visit the hot springs. Sharon and Jeremy were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and we even fed alpacas before leaving.

Me and partner loved staying at this property, the place is extremely beautiful, Breakfast was very tasty, sharon and jeremy were very nice to us, they asked us about our dietary requirements a night prior and served us a delicious meal.
Sharon also drew us a map, and gave us many ideas about things to do and places to see.

We’re very happy with our stay with them, so happy we chose to book this rather than a typical hotel. It was a perfect get away from Melbourne city and got to spend two nights at this beautiful place. The breakfast was unbelievable and they did everything they could to make our stay as good as possible. Would definitely book again!

Jeremy and Sharon are an amazing host, they go above and beyond to make the host enjoy a great time. we loved the amazing breakfast with freshly homemade muffins and fresh orange juice. The place is even better than the pictures! the rooms are clean and they provide water and milk and coffee available at all times.

Breakfasts were very good. Sharon & Jeremy provide wonderful home baked goodies with breakfast - a lovely touch! Location for us was perfect - 10 minutes drive from Boneo Park Equestrian Centre.

Sharon and Jeremy were really welcoming. They gave us advices according with what we wanted to do. The place is beautiful. The Dog is really cute. We had the opportunity to feed the alpacas which was fun. The breakfast was nice, fresh blueberrie muffins. I definitely will be back.

The hosts were super friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious (those home grown tomatoes were cooked perfectly) and they made sure to pay attention to my dietary requirements. The accommodation was super clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower had a good water pressure, the wifi was excellent, the room was like a suite and quite spacious for 2 people. They took us to feed the alpacas and we got to play with Barney the dog. He was my mum's favourite. The location was good too. We had nothing but praises for this property and would highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you so much for making our weekend relaxed and comfortable.
